Their website quoted a price and offered free shipping. Then when I went to pay, the price was $10 higher and free shipping didn't apply. I questioned the discrepancy and 3 days later I received a bogus answer from their customer service. When I questioned their answer, they stopped responding to my emails. I agree with others, their customer service is terrible and they don't honor their pricing. Shop somewhere else.
I have moved three time in as many years. Every time I move, I have to get filters for different water dispensing refrigerators, air filters, and even pool filters. I always find the right model at exceptionally low price delivered right to my home.
I appreciate your excellent water filters and that I no longer have to keep track of the annual date to change the filter. The filter just arrives every year in early November. I replace my old filter and I'm done and safe.

This is the second time I ordered filters for my side-by-side refrigerator freezer. I recently moved and the new home had a different model refrigerator freezer and did not accept my previous filter. I have ordered from filters fast twice and had damage on both orders. I did not report first order and just threw the filters away. The second order was over $400.00 and 1/3 or the order was damaged and not usable. The products were poorly packaged. I called customer service to report damage and was told the damage would be replaced. I waited over a week with no response so I called again and they said they could not find where the order had been shipped and I should just be patient and wait. I am willing to wait but want then to tell me they have the order and when it will be shipped. Poor customer service.

Charged me $15 for shipping and then sent my $25 item COD. UPS charged me another $65 for shipping. I called Filter Fast and they said it was my problem and i should complain to UPS
The filter are what we need it for our refrigerator. The only left down is that the filters came with out the gaskets(rings) so i have to used the one that was on the old filter. I will appreciate if i could get the gaskets( rings).

I utilized the search for the item number found on the original filter. Chose the filter that was identified as a match.The filters I received did not fit. The hole on top was too small and it had two "o" rings where the original only had one, delivery was satisfactory.

After my customer service experience on 6/5/20 where they refused to tell me why my order hadn't shipped and would only say "it's shipping tomorrow (6/6/20)" I still haven't seen any shipping confirmation or communication as of 6/16/20 (11 days later). I logged into the support page and it said my order hasn't shipped. I called and got the customer service person again and now the story is that part of my order is on back order. It wasn't on back order 11 days ago when they were shipping the next day but now it is.

I have used FiltersFast several times but am done. I ordered filters on 5/20 and my credit card was charged the same day. Then I started getting emails that I would get $10 extra for completing my order which was already completed. After no updates I finally called on 6/5 to get the status. Customer service was rude and refused to discuss why the order hadn't shipped and there is no additional $10. I'm out.
Ordered filters from company, never received order, when refund or replacement requested, they required photographic evidence the product never arrived... how do you provide evidence their shipment never arrived? Never received a refund despite photo of empty porch.

I advised stock number of my refrigerator and was pointed to a package of 3 filters that would fit my need at a fraction of the price of one at Home Depot. When they arrived, the filter appeared the same so I put it on and found it was a fraction off and took a great effort to close the filter box door. I checked it later and the door had popped open! I closed it again and again it popped open leaking water all over my refrigerator. Don't use this site, just pay for a quality product at Home Depot!

I placed my order on 8/14 using previous auto order. When the order was acknowledged, I realized that the water filter was for my previous fridge. I immediately, 8/15, sent an email and attempted to call the number given. After 20 mins of waiting, I reluctantly pressed the * for a call back. No call arrived during business hours. I again called, unable to get through and sent another email and again advised that it was the WRONG water filter and to cancel the order. I received an email saying that it was impossible as the shipment had gone out. NOT TRUE! To date, 8/22, I have not received the water filter, I did receive the air filters. No notification of refund. Nothing from Filters Fast.
I chose filters fast because of the name. I figured my order would arrive before the two day turn around from ordering from Amazon Prime. Was I wrong, waited over a month for a couple of simple filters. Should change the name to filters slow.

Placed 2 orders with this company and BOTH were canceled allegedly by their suppliers lack of inventory. The first order for 2 cases of filters, was accepted and my CC was charged and then canceled. I called and asked what happened the Customer service rep said the vendor needed a larger order... so I ordered 4 cases that to was canceled
Product they say is a direct replacement doesn't fit not they want 8.99 fir a return when its there product that doesn't fit when i gave them the model # for my filter and refrigerator the new filter from them look different and they said it will still fit yet the filter door will not close
