I ordered from filtersfast in the past with no issues. I placed an order two weeks ago for the same filters I received previously. I was notified that they were on back order. I tried to phone them two days ago, but you can't contact a real person on the phone. I then sent an email asking for an update on the status of my order. I received an automated response, as expected, assuring me that I would receive a response to my question. This morning I received an email that my order "has been cancelled" with no further explanation. The message gave me the telephone number that doesn't work to speak to anyone. Horrible service.
My filter got lost in the mail due to the filter being labeled poorly by filters fast. It took forever to come 2 1/2 wks. And when I called the customer service they were rude. The filter quality was poor and it doesn't make the water taste good. I do not suggest this company.
I was looking for genuine Aprilaire whole-house filters, not the cheap knock-offs. They had exactly what I needed. I also needed a generic ice maker filter with pipe threads, not a 'custom' one. Harder to find than I thought, but FiltersFast had it!
I'll stick with them for all my filters now.

They sent me the wrong item. They insisted it was the correct item even though it had a different item number and model number and the filter they sent didn't even list my appliance as being compatible. Their online return form kicks you off before you can submit it ( each and every time). I was on hold thirty minutes when I tried to speak with customer service and then got kicked off their phone system. I IM'd them and they lied and said they sent a return shipping label. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, and I still have the expensive wrong item they sent me and no refund! Worst online experience I have ever had!
This is an excellent product. I appreciate I don't have to remember when the 3 months is up before running down to the home improvement store to buy a new filter. With FiltersFast. It's right there when I need it.
I ordered refills for my whole house water system and for both refrigerators. The process was easy, the prices were good and the filters were delivered on time. I'll be back for more when these need replacement.
I ordered some air filters and almost immediately realized I ordered the wrong size. I called customer service and waited on hold for a half hour plus and no one answerded. While on hold I sent a text message notifying them of the mistake. I was told by text within about an hour that it was too late to change the order. It shipped two days later. Incredible.
Got an email that the filter was delivered July 1. Was at home and there was no delivery. No place to contact fastfilters to register concerns. Found a suggestion to wait 5 to 10 day and then wait up to 30 days to complete the search. Better service is required.

I am very pleased with this filter, and the super fast delivery. I was skeptical, but now I wish I ordered 6 for a bigger saving. (I ordered 2 for $40 and if I purchased the whirlpool one it would have been $45 for one.) I will definitely purchase from them again!
I need a refrigerator filter. I had heard an ad on radio and went to the website. I could find the filter so i called. I waited 4 hours for a return call. I left the house finally and sometime after they left a recording on my machine. Instead of saying that they were sorry for making me wait so long, they merely said call us back at the telephone number that I originally dialed. I emailed them a complaint. I still have not received a response to it. Just very lousy service.

Worst customer service EVER! And filters fast? Yeah right I got my order 6 weeks after I ordered. And when I called to cancel because it was taking too long they didn't refund my order and refused to cancel it! They seriously need a crash course in how to run a business!

Ordered air conditioner filters, pack of 6 When I went to replace filter the replacement had mold on it as did the other 2 left. Contacted company, sent the requested photos and they said too bad order was a year ago, tough. Who knows what the "clean Filters" were contaminated with... and probably caused health issues ( increased broncial sissues last spring. Move on to a better company who may care

Company should be re-named. "Filtersslow" would be more appropriate. It took 10 days from date of order to delivery. Good thing it wasn't an emergency. I haven't had the need to use any yet so I can't say they worked well. I am taking a chance on the substitute product... H2O in lieu of Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid. I hope things turn out ok.

Ordered 2 LG LT700P Refrigerator Water Filters on Aug 4. Free economy shipping to arrive in 4-10 days. Item shipped on 11 Aug and arrived on 15 Aug--arriving on the 11th day. I won't quibble about that, as it set at the shipper for 3 days. Items seem to be as advertised with identical box to old one, but the old one doesn't need changing for another month or two, so can't be sure till then. There is a savings for buying 2 and more for buying 3, which makes them the cheapest price on the net for the genuine part. I did not sign up for auto-ship, which seems to be the source of some headaches, judging by the other reviews.
This was the second time I ordered from this company. The quality, convience and low price of these filters is amazing. Sometimes when Im at a home improvement or other retail stores that sell filters I stop and check them out. I usually laugh to myself at both the cost and quality for a single A. C. filter. Im thankful for the A. C. tech who told me about Filters Fast. He wasnt a Rep for Filters Fast & wasnt receiving anything for telling me about this company. The filters arrived approximately 8 days after I ordered them. They were at least a 1/4 inch smaller than the advertised size. I ordered a multi-pack so am just using them anyway rather than the hassle of returning. I won't order again.
This was my first experience ordering filters from Filters Fast. I ordered according to the refrigerator handbook. The filters (3) arrived in a plastic envelope and the box containers were not in the best condition. As I opened one of them, it was visibly the wrong filter. In fact, the refrigerator filter has a different code and size than stated in the manual. I contacted Filters Fast to return them and to purchase the correct filter. To my surprise they told me that I would receive credit for only 2 because I opened the box. (how do I know if it is correct if I did not open the box?), which by the way was already unsealed. I am returning the filters. I will get credit for only two but Filters Fast is losing a customer. This is a case of penny wise,
I'm normally not fond of gadgets in basic appliances. Had to replace refridgerator and installers hooked up water/ice feature 'cause it was there'. When it came time to replace filter I found FiltersFast online and was surprised with how easily my problems were solved. Specific filter quickly found, price was less than from dealer, and delivery was about right. Picked the automatic notice/future delivery system for replacements but haven't had experience with that yet. For now I'm very pleased with FilterFast.
I was going to order filters from this company, and the website had a popup window that offered $5 off and free shipping if I opened an account. I opened the account and tried to make the purchase. No free shipping! In fact, it now said I had to order $50 worth of product to get that. All of this was AFTER I had given all of my personal information on their form to open an account. I deleted the order without completing it and ordered the filters through Amazon. Effortlessly and professionally. Today I called FiltersFast to delete my account. The customer mis-service person said that she can't delete the account. This is the worst kind of unprofessional behavior, apparently for the purpose of getting accounts through deception. I don't need this kind of untrustworthy behavior from businesses I patronize.

You mention that the water tastes poor after you installed the new filter, please make sure to flush the filter for 3-5 gallons of water before use.
