Their website quoted a price and offered free shipping. Then when I went to pay, the price was $10 higher and free shipping didn't apply. I questioned the discrepancy and 3 days later I received a bogus answer from their customer service. When I questioned their answer, they stopped responding to my emails. I agree with others, their customer service is terrible and they don't honor their pricing. Shop somewhere else.
