I ordered 2 shirts and got my confirmation email that stated to allow 2-3 weeks for the shirts to ship. It's been over a month and I never received an email saying that they have shipped or that they were going to be later shipping. I emailed a week ago and still haven't heard anything back. I've called and no one answers. This is frustrating. I just want to know when I'll have these shirts. One was a birthday gift that the birthday has now long passed. Order number *******.
Placed an order on 11/13/2013 and still haven't received my order. When I ask for someone to contact me from customer service, all I receive are the same automated email about twenty times. This is getting ridiculous. No refund, no product, no customer service. I'm out $50. Do not purchase from this company.
If I could give this website 0 stars, I would. I spent over $50 for a sweatshirt and a t-shirt. This order was placed 6 weeks ago. I have called 3 times leaving me order number and phone number so that there would be no reason for not contacting me. I haven't received a call back.
In addition, I sent them an email with the entire order information attached. I didn't receive a response.
I'm resigned to the fact that they have a terrible business acumen and extremely poor customer service.
Save your money and aggravation and give your time and money to another organization.
I regret spending any money with them.
Not only did they take 5 weeks to even dispatch the order, after i noticed a small error in my shipment address, i contacted them via email (prior to dispatch of course.)
I sent 3 emails in 3 weeks, then a facebook msg in which I CAN SEE THAT THEY READ, but NEVER responded to. I sent another email. Another facebook msg.
No responses. The week after that, it was dispatched, and is now going to the wrong address.
A quick google finds that despite their msg of acceptance and equality, that they are a FOR profit company, have horrible going on almost no customer service, and that there is hardly any happy customers.

I ordered shirts in February and didn't receive them. I email and called multiple times and didn't hear anything back. I found similar experiences on sitejabber, and decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Someone listed a phone number belonging to Luke and said to message him and he'd take care of your issue. I did, and he promised to get my shirts out to me right away. Two days later, I got a phone call from Nikki, who explained to me that they had trusted their company to what they thought were reliable employees. The printer of the shirts screwed up massively and the employees just placated customers when they talked to them. Nikki and Luke are now working triple time to get these orders out. If you had an issue, get a hold of them. They will fix it. I got my shirts in the mail today and they are as cool as I thought they'd be. They fit well and the quality is good. Give them a break, huh? These things happen, and what matters is that they are making it right.
I ordered two shirts from this website, they took THIRTY SIX days to get here and when they did get here, there was a hole in one of them. I called and called, most of the time getting no answer, but when I did get answers the employees were NO help whatsoever. All the employees are trained to do is apologize, which is just annoying because they just keep saying sorry and can't do anything else to help me. When I asked for a supervisor the employee didn't say a word and just "hung up" by forwarding me onto a supervisor. When I spoke with him he was very unprofessional and seemed to not even have an ounce of concern that it took so long to get my shirts and that there was a hole in one of them. I am very upset with this service and I will no longer support this cause. And go ahead and tell me "they donate and don't make very much money", because they do. That's why I pay $20 for a $5 shirt.

I ordered two shirts, and it's now day 10, and my shirts have not arrived. I was hoping to wear it to Pride, but that's a no go. I've called the customer service line twice, and no one has returned my call. Good idea, bad business practices.
Hello Prince.It is hard to tell where your order is at without more details but we usually ship items out within 21 business days. Granted, we have been inundated with support and so we can't always meet that deadline but, we do try our best with the resources we have at the moment as we are expanding.
I ordered a small order from them (2 shirts) and received a confirmation that said it would be a few days. 5 months later, I contacted them and got into a fight with them and cancelled my order. They refunded my money immediately. A month later I received my stuff anyway. 2 months after that I received an e-mail saying "your package has been shipped!" -- No way -- really? So, apparently no one with a brain is working there. But, got my stuff, so whatever.
I originally gave them 1 star but changed it to 3 because maybe they realized that they messed up (the website said they had over 3,000 of the shirts I wanted in stock and then they 'sold out' before filling my order 5 months later -- which is weird) and sent me my stuff anyway as a sort of apology. I don't know.
Mistakes do happen. Glad it was sorted :)
They push for people to buy their merchandise, but when they do, they keep the money and never ship out the product. Horrible service. As if the gay community needed more people trying to take advantage of us.

Same song and dance as everyone else. Ordered a shirt 2 months ago, never got it. I call and leave messages, no response. I send emails and instantly get the auto generated email in return. They posted a pic of the shirt I ordered on their fb page, and when I commented that I never got mine, they instantly deleted it because others started making the same comments. I find it ironic that an anti bullying site is taking advantage of hundreds of people! There must be something that can be done to stop these people.
I can't believe I've been forced to give them one star! FCKH8.com is a lousy website, I would truthfully say, avoid at all costs, just look at their current backlog of angry customers!
So, what's the real issue? Lack of stock/too much demand? Well either way from their advertising you could be dumb enough to think they have stock, clearly they don't as they aren't shipping it out!
I'm yet to have my order, which was made 6 weeks ago!

I know there are some people who have waited a little longer than expected but, considering how many orders we fill everyday, there are not that many people who have suffered from the huge surge in support for our cause. I NEVER write reviews. Ever. I think they're a dishonest picture of a company, and there is zero accountability. Yelp has personally cost me money based in fictatious reports.

I ordered one sweatshirt on October 2,2013 as a birthday present to myself in Late November. (Self love- it's a big deal.)
Mid November I start sending emails and getting auto responses about a new guy in the office. Eventually asking to cancel my order, with no avail.
The phone number is a dead line.
I came out to my parents in that time,
And moved.
And broke up with my girlfriend. Twice.
In early May, 2014 I finally get a box with my sweatshirt in it, a few stickers, and an extra t-shirt.
If anyone is suing their asses and wants evidence I kept every email, and every detail of the transaction, let me know.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I ordered nearly $150.00 worth of items from this website on 2013/08/21 and it is now 2013/11/23 and my items still haven't been shipped. I have emailed Ryan and Tyler several times with absolutely no response aside from saying "your parcel will be shipped by the end of the week" two months ago. Nobody answers the telephone, I have left several messages there as well. Absolutely awful, a complete scam. I am definitely going to get a lawyer involved if they continue to ignore me. On top of it all, they charged my VISA the second I ordered the items, it would be a different story if they waited to charge until they actually ship. So ridiculous. Spend/donate your money elsewhere, LGBT folk!

I placed an order for $100 worth of clothes on April 2nd. I started emailing them in May, asking where my items were. I got one response (which didn't answer any of my questions) and then they stopped responding.
I disputed the payment and paypal gave my money back. I'm glad they did, because my package never arrived!

My daughter bought a hoodie from your site. We live in the UK. Unfortunately the Postman wouldn't deliver the parcel, as there was Customs to be paid on it, as the item was over £15. This should have been included in the delivery charge or at least pointed out quite clearly that there would be a charge when it reached your Country. We have therefore had to pay an extra charge of £12.35 to actually pick the parcel up from the Post Office. Almost half the cost again of the hoodie itself. This isn't a good advert to us for your overseas customers. I would advise you rectify this on your website ASAP. So no other unsuspecting teenage girls are taken in by it.
Hello, we do inform our customers in the FAQ section that they would be responsible for paying any duties and taxes that are imposed by their country of residence. We are not able to assess those as they vary country to country. The minimums that taxes and duties are levied on are decided on a per country basis. I am not sure if this was the first time you have purchased something from the U.S., but anytime your purchase is over 15 GBP you will be assessed VAT and for higher ticket purchases you will be assessed VAT and import duties.

Placed 2 orders one for 35 bucks and one for just over 40 in Nov its been over a month and have not revived any of my items. I have sent email after email and called there number which goes right to a recording saying there "busy" helping other supporters. Total scam yet they keep sending out emails trying to sell there crap. Ill be taking my business to the NOH8 campaign.
I ordered a shirt from them and never received it. I emailed them several times and even messaged them directly on their Facebook page, which according to the read receipt was seen. They had no problem processing my payment the day of the order, but didn't respond to my request to refund the amount since I had never gotten the product. Since they didn't reverse the charges or send out my shirt, I had to file a dispute with my bank. Save yourself the headache and don't order from them!
I always wanted to get one of their shirts and in mid October 2012 I finally got around to ordering one. About five days later my credit card was billed with the correct amount. As I live in Europe I was prepared to wait a few weeks for my merchandise.
Only, about two months after I ordered it, it still wasn't shipped yet and I tried to reach their customer service directly on the site (three times) with no answer. Then I tried to get an explanation by email. Still no answer after multiple tries.
Now, over 6 months later, my order still hasn't even been shipped.
I am really fed up. I'm now getting my credit card company to refund my money as I have no way of contacting anybody at FCKH8.com
It's a disappointment as I was really looking forward to my t-shirt.
I only recommend you do not order from this website. Really, don't.
