I recently ordered a tshirt from fckh8.com. I got the shirt in the time frame they predicted and it was exactly what I ordered. Nothing specular about the service or experience, but they did their job to my expectation and that's all we ever ask for, right?

Perfect

I ordered a white "this is what a #feminist looks like" and it came in perfect condition and its so adorable. And it fits perfectly. I recommend this site to anyone who wants to show what they believe in and what people deserve! I will most definitely shop there again, favorite place.

I ordered a shirt for a Pride event. I was really excited to wear it. Then I got an email saying please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping. Not being able to get it for pride. So I emailed them asking if there was any way I could pay to get it faster. They emailed me back within the next few days and said they would make sure to ship it out that day, so I would be able to get it for pride at no extra cost! The fact that they were willing to go above and beyond for me made me feel great! I can't wait to wear my shirt for pride weekend! Awesome customer service fckh8!

I needed my product shipped to me by a certain time, and the company communicated with me via email to make sure I would get my product on time and exactly how I wanted it. Love the message they are spreading along with being extremely supportive of customers! Great company & great experience!

I ordered the pink "girls just wanna have fun----damental rights" tank and I got so many high fives and compliments at school today! The site was easy to use and they even have a live chat rep to help with any questions on the ordering process you have! Seriously don't know why they don't have more stars!

Amazing
April 13, 2015

I saw the video of the potty mouthed princesses and I knew I wanted to be a part of this. I went to their website and saw all this cool merch and fell in love. I ordered the some dudes/chicks marry dudes/chicks get over it. It said it would arrive in 3 weeks but it arrived in days! Going on a roadtrip next week, hope these bracelets will catch somebody's eye and decide to also make a change

I lost my wristband and went to order a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at the new designs available and ordered myself a new tshirt, as well. All of my experiences with fckh8 have been fantastic. My very first tshirt order had to be exchanged because they sent the wrong size so I was holding my breath on this one. I got the exact size and design I ordered and much faster than I expected. I am glad to support this cause and proudly wear their apparel and wristband. A+ from me!

Placed my order and it never shipped. They didn't reply to emails, FB messages, or IG messages. When you try to call them you get an automatic message telling you the mailbox is full. I called my bank and I got my money back. I bought from them a few years back with no issues. Idk what happened.

I placed my order in May and they charged my card. I sent two emails asking about the order. Each time, they said they were waiting for items to be made.
I cancelled my order but am not hopeful that it won't be a fight to get money back.

I ordered a shirt on 7-1-2018, they charged my card as soon as I hit "Submit order". As of 7-9-2018 my order had been shipped and was sitting in Columbus Ohio (or so they say). The tracking number is no good anymore.
Here it is 1-9-2019 and I have never received my order.
I have called but you can't leave a message. I have sent numerous emails and have had NO RESPONSE.

I placed an order on August 23rd 2016 and it is now the middle of June in 2017. I have not received my order and they have stopped answering my calls. The last time I spoke to them they told me my order had not even been shipped out yet. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I would like to know how many people actually work for the company. Every time someone did answer my call, it was the exact same person. Do not ever buy anything from them. It's not worth it. You won't ever receive what you order.

I ordered 4 stickers - STICKERS! Over a month ago. I've called the number on the website over 50 times and have NEVER gotten an answer and conveniently enough - the voicemail is full. I've sent 3 follow up emails - nothing in return. You would think these problems wouldn't be happening with such a well known organization.

Do not buy from them

I placed my order on July 1st. Shortly after placing it, I received an email saying it would be about 2-3 weeks for shipment. It's been 2-3 MONTHS and I still haven't received anything. I called their support team, no one answered. I emailed their support team, no answer. I tweeted them on Twitter, no answer.

Four Months - NO merch!

I was super excited to order a hoodie from an organization that was progressive, funny and had clothes I wanted. Now I am sad and mad. I ordered early October, and still no hoodie. I have emailed, called (was assured it would be on the way) and called again today. Their mailbox was full... Grr. If I get the hoodie now, I will probably never enjoy wearing it. Really bummed.

This 'company' can go to hell. I ordered a sweatshirt and bracelets for all about $50 bucks, that was FIVE MONTHS AGO. My first couple emails questioning where it was got a mixture of "we'll get to it later" and just plain ignoring. Then this new guy, Santi, plays the friend card and tries to act like they have it together now. Nope. Two more months, and I've officially had it with this company. I've been requesting my money back, and am once again being ignored.

This company is CRAP. They are scam artists. It's too bad since they seemed to support a good cause, so I didn't think they would be out to screw their patrons. It's just a bunch of untrained chimps working the orders.

They are absolutely ridiculous. I've tried placing my order twice, money has been withdrawn for it from my account, I've left multiple emails, and tried customer service. NOTHING. It's been three months. Find somewhere else to support love and equality, because this is obviously not the place.

I ordered a T-shirt and some little stuff from the site two months ago. After numerous emails and phone calls i finally get a response from Ryan. Come to find out it was a generic auto-send message. I emailed again and finally got a personal message "sorry about your gear. We're a small company and are having to handle mass orders. It's great for our cause but it sucks for people like you. Your items will be shipped within two weeks."

Well that was a month ago. Still no sign of my items, and still no customer service. SO disappointed.

I ordered a sweatshirt from FCKH8 several months ago. I then received an email saying my order had been shipped and would arrive within two to three weeks along with a tracking number. Not only did the tracking number not work (saying 'an error' occurred multiple times) but my package STILL hasn't come in (to Canada). I've written emails to them trying to explain my situation, but they've been no help. I'd give them 0 stars if that was an option but it's not. Please don't but from this company!

-They don't support the LGBT+ community and other charities/causes, they exploit them to make profit (through viral marketing)

-On their website they explicitly say they're a for-profit company, not a charitable organization. None of the money you give them goes to a charity.

-They talk about donating to Race Forward. But even RF made a public statement on their facebook that they never received any donation from them.

-Saw various examples on their facebook of their ignorance about genders and sexuality, they're just downright rude.

-Horribly unprofessional

Steer away from this scam site.
