Very happy with all my trees and plants. I purchased the root grower and was surprised ho much growth my red maple showed within a few days. I love them all and have found a perfect place to purchase trees.
Was very pleased with the purchase of my Dawn Redwood trees. The shipping was fast and the trees didn't look stressed at all. They were shipped with plenty of soil and had plenty of foliage. We are so looking forward to watching them grow.
I was very excited to receive my Clementine, Meyer Lemon, and Hass Avocado trees. FGT wasn't the cheapest but I liked their selection online. After placing the order there was a delay in the delivery and I received no response to my inquiry regarding the delay. I believe the delay caused the trees to be a little worse for wear when they arrived and I'm still not sure if they will rally. However I am not reaching out to FGT again because I learned they aren't great at responding.
All our plants arrive is fantastic shape. Any questions or issues were quickly addressed and resolved. Highly recommend this company

I ordered 2 trees and both had damaged with clear evidence that the box was bent/crushed in half. After reporting the damage with pictures, it was determined that the damage was minor and that the trees should recover. With only a 30 day warranty, we will have to see if the trees survive and product or if we wasted a chunk of money from ordering trees online.

The plants arrived really well packaged, and the trees I bought all look great, despite the boxes being delivered upside down by FedEx. The trees are all really healthy looking, height exactly as advertised, with a good number of leaves. Super pleased, and I'm definitely going to order more!
Green Giant (10 pack of 1ft - 2ft) is about 1ft tall with dense roots packd in 1qt drained containers. It took about 4 weeks to receive. It said ship in the week of April 4th, but it actually shipped out in April 10th Saturday, received April 14th. Although It is 2 day shipping, but including weekend. The root has been dried for 5 days. Upon received, I watered them immediately. They look fine now. My suggestion is order ahead avoid missing the planting season. The customer service is good.
Since I want to plant another 10 green giants in this season, I have to order from other online plant nursery, they shipped in a few days.

Purchase what was to be a great banana tree on 25mar2021, the order shipped quickly week of 10Apr2021. The tree was delivered snapped in half, I immediately contacted FGTs for a replacement tree online, even sending pictures with no response. Followed up by phone, was directed to resubmit online request, even confirm that the request was received with the representative. As of today is we have been spammed to death by FGT but still not a single response about replacing the damaged tree.
The tree was well-package but did come out of its container in the shipping box I have replanted it and am encouraged that it is still alive. I'm excited to see how this grows!

I bought 2 rose trees, pink knock out and dancing in the dark. They traveled for about 11 days, and when arrived, condition is not good. The pink one had about half live while the dancing one was less than half live then. The dancing one was not put in a pot when shipped, so the soil was almost off from the root. Now 2 weeks passed, the pink one looks ok, about 70-80 healthy. The dancing one is still struggling to survive. Bad experience.

Called with questions concerning shipment to Wisconsin, was assured there would be no problems but after 6 days in transport I was expecting a big disappointment. Because of the care in packaging, and of course the cool weather at the time I was surprised to receive a very healthy 5 ft. Corkscrew Willow!
I reviewed this prior and you sent me a note, thank you, however I was not able to get back with you until now. I bought 4 items - the Baby Cakes Blackberry bushes were great from the get go. Full and after several weeks now are already blooming. I also bought 2 blue berry bushes. One was the Top Hat - big from the beginning and also already blooming. The Sweet Heart Blueberry is still a few branches with 6 leaves as in the beginning and still now advancing.
If I could go into the negative I would. We bought a tree for my cousin and her husband whom they had just lost both his parents in less than 24 hours. The pictures on the website look wonderful. We wanted to give them something that they could remember them often; rather then sympathy flowers that die in a week or two. They sent us a picture of it thanking us. We were so embarrassed. It looked like two little twigs in the ground. The flowers around it were bigger. It was really humiliating. I called and told you about it. You took a 1/3 off; which was a nice token but it really not enough. The damage is done and not really enough compensation. The cost for what was sent is really not equal to what was sent.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
