I'm currently still waiting for my order. I never received my trees or communication around where they are still waiting. Terrible experience. I'm shocked to be hearing anything from the company in the way of a review!
Some of the plants I ordered have come in great shape and have made the transition into the ground with ease. Other plants, I am assuming due to high demand, have not yet arrived. I used this company last year, had good results and it looks as though I'll repeat the experience this year once again.
My first time ordering live plants online, so I was a little hesitant. I ordered just one Royal Purple Smoke tree. It arrived in less than a week, and was well packaged and in great shape, so I went ahead and ordered two more. The next two arrived just as quickly and also perfect. The leaves already began opening up within days and I am thrilled to get them planted this weekend. Highly recommended!

The tree I got must have been the runt of the litter. Pencil thin and suckering from the roots. Their competitors are doing a better job and that is where I am going to take my business in the future.

Every single order I've placed with Fast Growing Trees has left me pleasantly surprised with how nice and healthy the trees are. This spring I bought a peach tree and it even came with many baby peaches already on it! Let's just hope my new trees do well getting established this year so I can have lots of fruit harvests in the years to come.

FastgrowingTrees sending 2 plants in the same box with poor packing, plants are getting damaged and plant soil coming off the pots when keeping the box upright or any other position by the carrier. Please try to ship 1 plant in 1 box. Also, plant quality is getting deteriorated. For 6-7 ft plants most of the times what I get very skinny 6-7 ft plants

I purchase a Fig tree as a present, my friend was very happy with the product.
Took a month to get my order. I think the only reason it didn't take longer was that I had to contact them about my order. No sorry for late shipment or anything. Would have made my day for something in return but oh well. I'll try somewhere else for my next tree.

We do have certain zones closed off to shipping during the colder months of the year and reopen them in spring when the weather is more ideal. We have had a cold jolt in the weather for a week and supposed to continue for the next 3 days! Evening temperatures 25* I have covered my tree hope it survives because I most certainly cannot afford another one.
I purchased a fruit tree and was on certain of exactly what I would get because it was a four n one graft. When it came it was exactly the varieties of cherry that I wanted and was shipped with care. The tree seems to be doing well despite our late season cold snap. So far so good!
Fast delivery and when I called about something that was left out they quickly and politely took care of it.
My recent order included approx. 36 plants (incl. 2x ten packs, 2x four packs). The order was delivered 11 days late. The late arrival was a frustration in and of itself as we took off work the week of arrival and ordered a ton of mulch... only to have to wait almost two more weeks and plant everything in the evening after work.
Some of the plants looked just fine upon arrival. But, several arrived pretty beat up. The two dwarf spruces had new growth on them but, but the new growth is yellow. Many of the plants have grey roots and some have a mossy, grey growth on them. The climbing rose did not make it. It's branches are completely dry and brittle. The Butterfly bush does not look good at all. I was wowed when I called as the women I spoke with resent my order again and it arrived only a few days later. While I see on the receipt that she ordered everything accurately, I did not actually receive a true replacement for everything I ordered. For example, I ordered a 10 pack of Forsythias, but only received one in the replacement. Another example: I ordered a 4 pack of red rhododendrons, but I only received one replacement. While some of the original plants seem to be hanging in there, I do feel like I was jipped, particularly with the red rhododendrons and burning bushes because the 4 and 10 packs are not going to all make it, and I only received one of each to replace the originals.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
