Wanted to change my order before it was filled. Called in and was advised by the recording to send an email. Kept checking the status throughout the day and it kept saying not shipped. At the end of the day I received an email saying that I could not change the order because it was filled that day. I've called in before and liked the customer support, but it is less personal now.
Everything was perfect! Shipping was tip-top, as well as quality of trees.
I purchased two trees on 9/24/2024. When we planted the sticks we received, the long-term health of the tree was not evident. After winter, one tree is doing great while the other one (Oklahoma Redbud) was not - there was only new growth at the bottom of the "trunk". I filed my concern in the Spring and was told to give it some time to adjust and grow. I'm still not satisfied! Although the tree is technically alive because it has growth at the bottom of the trunk, it certainly is not thriving.
I guess I should be grateful that you've agreed to send me a replacement, but I am very disappointed that I have to pay shipping due to your 30 day policy - it doesn't seem applicable in my situation.
Honestly, I would have preferred a full refund of the price I paid in 2024.

I have had rather poor results with survival rates here where I live. I live in Western Colorado - a hot dry desert. We do however, have irrigation. Nevertheless, with the climate we NOW HAVE, intense sun, hot winds, and extended drought, only the MOST hardy trees can make. Therefore, I STRONGLY SUGGEST, that you be more proactive in suggesting which trees can have the best chance of survival. Most of the Giant Thuja I have planted, despite my best efforts, have died!

The delivery window was not accurate so when it was clear I would not recieve my tree in time I canceled. 3 stars because I was able to get a full refund relatively easily so that points to decent customer service, but I can't speak to the tree quality itself. I do wish the delivery window had been accurate because I really wanted a kumquat tree for my wedding ceremony and had to settle for a fig tree from lowes. I would attempt to order from them again in the future when I don't have a time strain. The prices were very good.
I received two bushes as a gift but they were lost in transit and by the time they arrived they were dead. They said they'd send me two more but they were on back order for 3 months finally I had to order something else.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
