They called me to let me know they were waiting to deliver my plants until the a local heat wave passed so the plants would get to me ok. They arrived in great shape and packed well. Thanks.

Good as far as sales. Most trees surivie and thrive, but a big 0 as far as warranty replacement. No bad tree has ever been replaced

Rest of what i received looks great. Missing items and it's not clear if u refunded me which i didn't want or applied the discount that i complained i didn't receive on a $1,000 order

I have been using Fast growing trees from 2018. And I would love to say that not even a single plant has been bad. They have an excellent customer service team that resolves your issues in no time. You can call them and ask for advices if you're confused with something about the plant. They're always ready to help you. Kudos to the team That works so hard. I have about count on how many plans and trees I have purchased from there. I am a regular customer and would never want to buy plans from any other website.

I ordered 2 hydrangea bushes, in 3 gallon pots. They arrived precisely when I scheduled them. (Delivered around August 6th) They are big and healthy looking. Got them planted within 2 hours of delivery. I'm glad I ordered the larger size. They won't need nearly the amount of babying as it would have been with smaller sized bushes. So far, I'm very happy to have found FastGrowingTrees.

I normally purchase my Fruit trees from Home Depot, but wanted to see the difference between buying the cheaper ones from Home Depot In comparison to a true nursery with quality trees. I bought a plum tree, nectarine tree and two cherry trees. And out of all four trees, only one of them bears fruit. In comparison, all of the trees I purchased from Home Depot are thriving and deliver 30 to 50 pounds of fruit each year. I tried to contact customer service and although they were somewhat helpful and always are generous with their time to give advice. They were not willing to work with me by giving me a discount on a future purchase, even though my experience was so negative

I am a longtime customer of Fast Growing Trees. This year I have had many unsatisfactory experiences due to the delivery by Fedex. Because of these experiences I have been purchasing from The Tree Center. The condition of the plants delivered has been excellent. Recently got an apple tree a cherry tree and two bananas talking to you about the Apple that I'm not too sure about it since the leaves are all dried out. But I'm waiting to hear back from you about that I do love the other trees the banana trees look beautiful I just ordered more I love it. One of the banana trees was packed a little tight but it was a large order. These are being planted in honor of my family recently passed thank you for everything I love you so much and they will continue to feed people which I love even more.

Previously purchased 9 total bushes and trees, one died within the first 6 months and they provided a refund credit as a replacement.

I've ordered so many trees and shrubs from this site and they all do very well and indeed seem to be 'fast growing'! I've been using their trees and shrubs for about 10 years.

Bought my 1st tree abt a year ago. Just purchased 2nd. Company is diligent with follow up emails & quickly responds to query. Very pleased.

Good to get and there is other options to get the better supply.

I think up until shipping it was good. However I'm not sure how it was treated in the shipping progress. I know I heard a bang on my porch. When I looked it was my order. When I openedone plant was fine, the other not so much. The container had a big dent dirt was all over within the bag. Not sure it will even survive.Watered good after replacing the dirt. Branches were broke. I went back to watch on my ring camera. He didn't throw it but tossed it pretty hard which why I heard the bang. So I dont. Know where the damage came from. Why I cannot give it 5 stars. My overall rating is about a 3 1/2. Hope the plant survives.
