Bought 18 of the smallest size skip Laurel, all healthy on arrival. Three didn't make it to the year mark and they were replaced without question. Now 2-3 years later, my hedge is 4 feet tall and beautiful.

7/06/2025 - Placed Order for (1) Black Mission Fig and (6) August Beauty Gardenia Shrubs.
7/09/2025 - Notified Order Shipped... Estimated arrival July 12-14. The were apparently delayed in transit and did not arrive until July 21. Plants were extremely distressed when they arrived. I immediately watered, sheltered under porch roof and planted all within 36 hours. The fig tree recovered and is thriving, but all six gardenia shrubs failed to recover and despite my best efforts died almost immediately.
Beautiful Bosch pear tree arrived well packages and in great condition.
I love all that I have received from FGT. But this last several months have had issues with Customer Service getting back to me. I have put a few claims in on some bushes and trees and received no response. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
All evergreens died in a matter of 3 months. There is nothing left to say.

The delivery was halted several times due to the extreme heat wave in various state and the travel distance for the tree. I was kept up to date and I did not mind waiting for a healthy tree.
One plant died quickly. Others thrived. I hope purchasing Southern Lavendar that I have better luck with propagating lavender.

Made a purchase because trees were on sale. After waiting weeks before delivery (which I completely agree with) two of my three trees were not available any longer. Emails were very confusing and not detailed enough on what was canceled any how much I was getting refunded (for what product).

I bought a fig tree and blueberry bush. Fig tree came in perfectly but the blueberry bush was very sad with a main branch broken off. I pruned it off and planted them both. They are thriving but I was disappointed with the breakage.

They only do store credits, not refunds so i'm stuck in a vicious cycle. Unfortunately my original tree order came broken and wilted, i got a store refund for that. Then i replaced it with a red hydrangea- that arrived pretty late and it was riddled with black spots (them saying I should treat it for weeks and that it was common to get diseased plants from them was regrettable) so they refunded me with store credit for the store credit part is used. I hope this last order is not another disappointment.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
