Very disappointed! Ordered a tree that came in almost dead and it did die all the way and your company will not stand behind it because I am on the line of the zone number. But that had nothing to do with it shipping in almost dead!

Bought 3 junipers about 3 yrs ago. Very healthy and well packed. In 3 years they've grown to about 8ft and provide a charming cove in the garden

Great customer service and outstanding plants. Great variety.

This tree has not grown at all, probably dying. Is there a refund or replacement available

I ordered a 6-7 foot tall fiddle leaf fig which arrived in good condition. I was a little surprised it was as tall as it is (over 7 feet), which is concerning because I have 8 foot ceilings. Since I've had it in my home, it's shed about 15% of its leaves, which is also concerning. It's getting watered regularly and has sun exposure, so I don't know what to do to keep it from dropping leaves.

It was in bad shape the plants you had sent and I am still waiting for the rest 2 moths after.

Arrived in great shape a day sooner than expected. It was also quite a bit bigger and much fuller than we thought it would be. Very happy with our purchase, the fast service and careful packaging to protect it in transit.

Trees died. I followed all of the directions, but they did not survive.

I have ordered from FGT for years. All of my trees except one have survived and thrived. The company immediately replaced the only tree that died.

Always have great plants and excellent customer service. Only had 1 issue in all previous orders and it was easily handled fre of charge. I will always shop here

Got the tree late winter. Was 2 + months before got in the ground. Little green branches turned brown. I clipped, watered etc. It is all green now. I babied it. Planted on rocky sandy soil on a banking. Not to worry. I have a green thumb. Thanks. John western mass. A strange winter cold hot alternately. Below freezing after you said plant it. Had to wait.

Box full of broken plants, holes in leaves, looked like they'd all been thrown in the box with no care. Branches broken off trees. Sent photos to company

Bought some trees which appeared to be suffering after a month in the extreme heat. Contacted the company and received helpful detailed advice. Trees are doing well now

I have purchased multiple times with FGTs and will continue to do so. The trees are always shipped looking healthy. The only issue has ever been with the shippers and replacement has always been a smooth process if ever necessary.
