The plants arrived healthy and even larger than anticipated, which is great. Directions where not followed by the mail delivery for how to position the package, and yet the plants were packaged well enough to survive being tumbled about. I would order from this landscaping supplier again.

The tree that was delivered is not nearly the size I thought I was getting, the leaves look dead on it and it just overall looks like it is in poor condition. I was very disappointed in my delivery.

I suffered extensive landscaping damage due to the Texas freeze. I decided to replace lost trees with fruit trees. I called with questions about various plants, shipping etc and got all my questions answered.
The call back feature on their customer support line is great. I didn't have to wait on hold for 20 minutes.
I had 2 plants lost during shipping and another set was sent out the same day. The fault was Fedex not FGT.
One trees out of 11 died during the trip, I took some pictures and made a couple phone calls and a replacement was shipped about a week later. More great customer service.
All plants are now in the ground and are doing great.

Ordered a lime tree, received it rather quickly, however- the shipping box was smashed and i lost a branch on the plant. Other than that- the tree looks healthy, has been re-potted with some good citrus fertilizer and hopefully it will continue to grow.

Everything went really smooth so far. Delivered as to promised dates, well packaged to keep the plants safe, they look healthy and as to expectation in maturity level. Time will tell if they do well.

One pear tree and 2 fig trees arrived in great shape due to protective packaging. Followed the simple planting instructions and they are strong and healthy.

Trees looked very health on arrival. One had damage from shipping but was quickly replaced.

Plants were in good shape and they are planted and growing and BLOOMING.

They were beautifully healthy and green with new growth. The Camellia actually grew 5" in a couple weeks - the new growth kept on growing and the Tea Olives came with tiny fragrant blooms!

This is the 2nd reply I post to their OUTGOING request.

The kiwi vines arrived and looked terrible. They were tiny, one was completely dead with no leaves and dark stems. They had just been transplanted to new pots in very loose, sandy soil. There was less than 2 inches of roots on any of them.

All products... 4 fruit trees and strawberry plants were in great condition. However I was very surprised when I opened the strawberry plants and found four plants in pots. Being raised on a strawberry farm I was used to strawberry plants coming in bundles of 25 and it was not clear that these were 4 individual plants. When I tried to make sure of the quantity there was no phone number to call and so all I had to go on was the comment section, which did mention 25 plants to a bundle. The plants look great, but just were not want I expected for over $50.

The customer service was fantastic, however I received the wrong size tree twice. The second time it happened I was told that they're no longer selling that variety of banana tree. :( So, I never got the larger size that I needed, but the product was packaged nicely, arrived quickly, and was in good condition. I was promptly refunded for the errors.

Not only did my order of 3 trees, 2 shrubs and 3 fruit plants come in a timely manor, they all look great! Packeged well and while not treated right by the delivery service they still are in great coniditon.
I look forward to watching them grow!

Filed a complaint and sent pics never heard back. Not ordering again

Ordered shrubs, trees, plants, and all of which arrived in great condition and are all growing nicely! The Dogwood and Clementine trees are doing exceptionally well. Especially pleased with the clementine, because I hear they are tricky to grow. I like that the website tells you if the items are ok for the climate you live in, that's very helpful information. All arrived within a week!

I was really hoping that this would be the end of my search for a place to find quality and affordable trees. I can say that the pricing was great but the quality was subpar at best due to the products roots arrived desperately dry and fallen apart just leaving the lone roots exposed, also we had to do tree surgery on all but 2 two tree limbs due to arriving broke and discarded in box.

The customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable. However when my plants arrived they were a little worn. Once I planted them the leaves quickly turned brown and spotted. I don't know if they can be revived.

Everything went as advertised from shipping to quality.

Shipping was quick. I was going to need a microscope to look at the trees as they're so small. :) You're told the height but they're so thin compared to the trees at the same price locally.

I ordered 2 6-7 foot trees and they arrived in a single box and one was broken into 5 pieces and the other was now a 2-foot tree. What a waste of time. I did get a refund but wasted a month plus of growing season and a lot of time
