First two trees showed up broke and they swiftly sent two more

2 apple trees and an S. Oak. Appear to be doing great. Hope we have apples Fall 2022!

This was my first time to place an order. I appreciate the great customer service from the very beginning. We ordered three Rose Trees for pots. One came by itself and two came in one box. The one that had both combined was smashed up and some branches were broken. I feel if might have been better to ship separately. The trees are alive and starting to produce flowers.

I bought some trees at a considerably high price and realized after I bought them that I had made a mistake. I called fast growing trees and they refunded my money immediately, no questions asked, no hassle whatsoever. Great service!

One of my plants arrived looking pretty sad, so I called customer service to let them know (in case it dies). I also had a couple of questions. My first rep was new and a little clueless, but I called back and got Elvis, and he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions and noted in my account about the questionable plant.

I ordered the 5 gallon Areca Palm trees And the size was very much not what I expected the 3 plants I ordered where all under 12inches in size for what I paid $169.00 I could have done better at a local retailer, The packaging was also dis satisfying the plants all 3 separated from the pot and floating around inside the plastic bag

I am very satisfied with the whole process. I couldn't imagine how you could send a plant in a 3 gallon container without any damage. I was very pleased with the condition of the plant and the way the plant was packaged to ensure its safe arrival. Great job all around!

Great shopping experience. Pomegranate arrived looking weak so we will see.

Hard frost- dipped into the 20's a couple of nights after we planted them. Burned the leaves. The leaves are dying and burned.
Hoping the trees recover, but they don't look great.

I ordered a lot of trees- 4 citrus- 4 lilac 2 hydrangeas- The hydrangeas were much smaller than expected. I could have got nicer ones at my local garden center. The citrus trees were also much smaller than expected- When I wrote customer service and all they could do was tell me that the trees were fast growing! I hope so. I bought the year guarantee just in case. Not off to a great start.

The plant " Everbearing Mulberry" arrived in a poor health/ condition. I has not grown even one leaf since it's arrival. The leaves on the plant went brown and it appears that it is dead. I am hoping that it will come back to life with all the care I can give it to this plant.

My delivery was delayed by 3 days and when the trees arrived they were dead and dried out.

I purchased a blueberry plant, apple tree and a fig tree-all came in excellent condition and are growing beautifully in porch pots!

You are asking me for a review when I have not gotten my products yet. When will I finally get them?

Poor shipping, poor quality of tree shipped, exceedingly long time getting back to me to try resolve issues, on and on.

Trees are looking a little wilted so far hope they come back to life

Ordering and delivery were flawless. The trees were not as full or robust as I expected, however. Right now, they are in the ground and doing well.

Trees were delivered very quickly across country and were the represented size. However, I moisture tested the bagged soil and and it was extremely dry upon receipt and the trees were losing a lot of leaves. Planted immediately on receipt and watered until root area read between moist/wet and maintained that for ten days. It appears most of the trees will survive, but concerned that a couple trees will not make due to their condition upon arrival. The jury is still out.

Called to order Nelly R Steven's holly for hedge on 6' fence. (Previous hedge froze in TX February storm). Ordered 9 plants to replace hedge. Represented on phone as 3 or 5 gallon root balls. Received 1 gallon plants about the size of pencils. Spent +-$700. Called to send back and was told at my cost to ship and 25% restock fee. I kept rather than return. Found local 5 gallon plants... 1"+ trunks for +-$40 each. Sorry I fell for this company's adds on Fox.
