Everything I ordered came quickly, was healthy and packaged well. All the trees I ordered have been doing great ever since they've been planted.
The shopping side of the last tree I bought was fine and dandy.
The shipping of the tree was really bad. The roots of the tree were literally put into a sack of dirt mixed with mulch. They were very badly damaged. I planted the tree and have been taking care of it but now the leaves are yellow and falling off due to the way the roots were damaged. I hope the tree makes it but not looking good right now.

The trees arrived timely with Fex ex. When I opened the pkg, the root ball from the Rose of Sharon had become so dislodged that it was basically a bare root tree. The two purple lilacs were puny and tiny... I found better, taller, and very much CHEAPER purple lilacs at my local nursery here on Cape Cod... 4 for $12.99. I will NEVER order from you again, after the condition of the plants.

I ordered 2 Chicago Hardy Figs. One arrived full of leaves, but the other had shriveled dry leaves. I planted both of the figs. The first one is doing well, the other lost all of it's leaves. Only time will tell if everything is going to be successful.

The trees last year were basically sticks. The trees this year were much better but the biggest tree was in canvas with not much dirt and no root system. It is currently in shock trying to decide if it is going to live or for.

I received a hydrangea that was not the one I ordered. Also, it was broken. They agreed to send me the one I ordered. It arrived safely, and the correct hydrangea has been planted.
I know I read that the tree was trimmed for shipping but it was just a stick. I know it will be a beautiful tree in a few years but it would have been nice to have a couple of small branches

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
