I bought 5 trees. The elberta peach looks dead but I'm waiting to see if it starts to show signs of life. Another, the bosc pear, has about 5 leaves on it, the rest were in the bottom of the box when we opened it. The dawn redwood looked pretty good but is now turning brown even though we are giving it good care. The red haven peach looked okay but is yellowing a bit, and the bartlet pear looks pretty good but thin.
For the very steep price, I truly was expecting a much better outcome. I expected to see very hardy and healthy trees. What we got wasn't that at all. The trees we bought last year from a local nursery for half the price were much stockier and full and are doing very well with the new spring season. Of these five trees, if three even survive I will be surprised.
I ordered a tree from a representative, and she assured me the tree would ship within 2 days and arrive in 7-10 business days. And I even got an email confirmation of the purchase. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called to be told that the tree was out of stock and they did not know when it would be in stock. No one bothered to let me know and now I have a big hole in my garden that was waiting for the tree. I won't use this company again; they are not reliable and have poor customer relations.

I ordered 2 "trees". Both came damaged. Fast growing Trees replaced one immediately and the other is in the "wait and see" stage. They were very responsive to my issues and I am happy overall.

Maple tree 7 foot I bought this and it was a stick and it's about two weeks old now and the leaves are coming out like crazy I'm really happy really really happy it's definitely worth if it gets 5 foot in one year will see and I definitely think the root rocket helped and that pet only put one pack of soil in there

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
