I have bought a number of plants/trees from FastGrowingTrees and for the most part they have all exceeded expectations in terms of vigor, size, and growth. I am struggling with a pear tree at the moment and the company has been very helpful and supportive.
I took these two trees out and they were very sad looking and not at all like the pictures displayed. Ive been caring for them daily and trying to revive them and its a slow process. I think for the amount paid they should have looked better than this upon arrival.
ORDER TREE WHICH CAME 2 WEEKS LATER DRY AND DEAD. HAD DIFFICULT TIME OF GETTING REFUND. POOR SERVICE. FOR A WEEK THEY WERE TRYING CONVINCE ME THAT TREE IS ALIVE. TREE WAS INTENDED TO BE GIFT. I COULD NOT GIVE DEAD TREE AS A PRESENT.

I had to wait a couple of days because we were forecasted to have a Freeze the next night to plant it. I took it out of the box and it looked really good had some wilted leaves but not to bad. I planted it just like the instructions said. It did great for about 3 days and then it started dyeing! The leaves that had perked up a bit were not wilting but turning brown... I AM now waiting to see if the WHOLE tree is dead or near dead... watching for some sign of life on the lower area of trunk.

My flaming torch redbud is a sad, scraggly, 2 dimensional tree with barely a (tiny) leaf on its few branches. It looks like it was grown up against a wall. I was kind of embarrassed to plant it as I had been so excited in telling my neighbors about how beautiful it would be. However, I do have an abundance of optimism and hope for this tree and if you ask me next year I bet that I will have a much nicer report for you.

While we were thrilled with the blue spruce we purchased, we are equally unhappy with the weeping cherry tree. It appears to have frozen in transit and has not recovered even though we were instructed to plant the tree and watch it for three weeks.
I bought 16 Giant Green Thujas. I was a little concerned with them coming from SC all the way to WA but was quite surprised that they showed up 2 to a box and in good to excellent condition despite some ding and dents on the boxes. They are all officially planted and seem to be doing well.
We love our new Yoshino Cherry Tree! I've lived in the VA/DC Metro Area for over 35 years and visited the Cherry Blossoms every year. Now that I moved to the West Coast, I missed seeing the blooms in the Spring. Now, I have one in my front yard to enjoy. The tree arrived within days of ordering it and planted it immediately. It was a large one of 6ft-7ft and had all its leaves intact. I've ordered several times throughout the years with Fast Growing Trees and I highly recommend them to anyone.

The trees arrived in damaged condition. Two of them in the same box smashed into each other because they were not secured properly. One in another box broke away from it's root ball.

My trees (2 blueberry bushes and a fig tree) came faster than I was ready for. My blueberry bushes already had blueberries on them, and they were all well-packaged. I planted them about 3 weeks ago and they are thriving, even after cold temperatures (below freezing one night) the first week.
We ordered two apple trees- I know that they say to expect some damage upon arrival, but this seemed almost ridiculous- we basically planted two twigs in the ground. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out and hopefully watch them grow- Right now I am skeptical. Will definitely update progress

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
