Lack of problem solving, lack of people who can solve a problem

I heard about this company as a recommendation from a neighbor, then an add on the radio. The Website was easy to navigate, there were lot of choices and great prices! Customer service was pleasant and we received our beautiful trees fast! Highly recommend!

I ordered two Persian Lime trees and they arrived sooner than expected. The trees were expected to be no more than three feet tall and they were closer to four feet.

I ordered the 3 gallon heavenly nandina. It was in very good shape when it arrived. I'm very pleased with the whole experience & the plant.

The tree came, I soaked the roots for about an hour, planted it... and that's it; not a single sign of growth.

My bearss lime, Meyer lemon and little figgy trees arrived in exceptional condition and have acclimated to their garden spot in my yard very well.

I bought four in one fruit cocktail tree from them. The shipping was very very fast. I did not have to do much harder job to plant it. All the instructions were there on the web and in the manual that came with.

After noticing couple of branches where kind of like dying down, I mentioned that to the customer service. But unfortunately, more fruit cocktail tree were not available that time. So they gave me the refund right away and with I bought Two more plants from them. I am waiting for that. So far the product is good and their customer service is outstanding.

The plant was completely dead on arrival. Very disappointment. Still planted it to see if it has any chance of survival. So far not looking good.

I ordered a combination of boxwoods and trees and the plants all arrived in excellent condition within about a week. The shipment arrived well-packed in custom boxes that preserved the rootballs and plants.

The plants arrived half dead and in very bad shape. I paid 29.95 per plant for 7 plants and I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the plant. They were shrivaled up and did not have much of a root ball. I won't order again. This was my second order. My first order was 2 dogwood trees. One of them was fine but the other had dead leaves and limbs on it.

This was my first time ordering shrubs online. They came in one week, arrived perfectly packaged and healthy and we will definitely order from you again.

I ordered 2 types of fig tree and a Meyer lemon bush, all came alive and healthy. There were loose soil fallen out of the pot into its own sealed bag but that didn't seem to do any harm to the plants. I planted 1 fig tree in the ground and the other 2 plants in containers. All seem well to date. Thanks.

The website described the trees as 4-5 feet in height, but did not otherwise indicate the overall size. The trunk girth of the trees were very small, almost less than one inch. Having know this size, I would have looked for a larger tree either online or locally.

I was very nervous about ordering plants online... but this was the only option for the specific evergreen shrub I was looking for. Shrubs arrived in OUTSTANDING shape! All leaves arrived green and healthy. I planted them a week ago and there's already new leaves growing.

I'm alittle worried about the blu hydrangea being in full sun as written on planting instructions and it was delivered to IN. We will see.

My trees were a gift to my mom in another state. They were delivered to wrong address by ups. My mom couldn't find packages. Fast growing trees, promptly shipped out new trees. She ended up finding first shopped trees at a neighbors house down the street, but, by then they were severely wilted and likely going to die.
