I ordered 7 items. None were mire than a few leaves on twigs. Beware! When I called to see what could be done I get no response besides our disclaimer says not mature plants. Obviously I wasn't expecting a full shrub but mire than a twig would have been nice.

I ordered a lemon and lime tree as well as a knock out rose tree. All arrived on time and packaged safely. I expected them to be small, but was pleasantly surprised that they weren't as puny as expected. All have been repotted for 2 weeks now and are doing great. The knock rose has already bloomed and the lemon and lime tree has new growth. Excited to see how they look a year from now.

When the tree finally arrived it was very Wilted it died shortly after planting.

After falling in love with them in Hawaii, my wife wanted these lime trees for her birthday. They arrived in good condition and a week later do not show excessive stress from traveling.

Placed order by phone, all questions were answered and tree arrived in a timely manner. I got the two gallon tree and it is very healthy. My yard is small and the fig tree is the perfect choice.

The trees I ordered ended up arriving two days late due to postal delays so I was a little bit nervous about what their condition would end up being. Luckily they both arrived in decent condition, now I just have to see if I can help them flourish.

I received the wrong tree at 1st but they made it right and shipped out my tree immediately. Very happy with my purchase!

Good experience except for 2 Trees still not delivered.

I love love love these beautiful plants. I ordered a lemon tree and two strawberry plants. They are hearty and growing quite quickly. I'm very pleased with my purchase

Received the order in good time. The fig tree looked great, the smaller tree had both branches broken off near the bottom. They replaced it immediately. The replacement did not look as great as the first one, but am grateful for it.

The mulberry leaves look like have rust on them think it will be ok Im nursing it. The cherry tree looks really good. The LSU fig looks horrible d is yet not recovered I expected a tree farther along in growth and shape for the price. I have bought 3 others from a seller on ebay and they were 50% cheaper and 200% nicer.
All in All for the prices I was charged they should have been in tip top shape.

Received some trees that had broken branches and half dead trees

I ordered two Japanese maples. One of the trees in the first order arrives damaged with broken branches. They very quickly shipped me a replacement tree that arrived perfect. Very happy with the way they promptly took action and shipped a new tree. Will use again in the future due to this!

These were supposed to be a gift, when they didn't arrive on time had to explain to partner that they were coming. The received a partially shipped notice, still nothing. No contact or confirmation proclvided. Uuunbelievqbke that you would ask ME for a review.

Came in on time, nice and healthy. Very excited to watch it grow!

After contacting customer service, Sergio and Alicia, took care of and alleviated the concerns I had with the way I received my Black Mission Fig tree.

Adjust received my trees, they are beautiful. I can't wait to see how they grow up

I didn't know what to expect ordering plants online and having them shipped. But my experience with FastGrowingTrees.com was a positive one. Of the 6 plants I ordered, only one arrived looking a tad sad. The bushes arrived great, but the neem tree had broken twigs, and dried leaves. There was a part of me that was almost ready to ask if I could ask for a replacement, but I planted it and every day have watered and talked (yeah, really) to it and it is actually sprouting new buds. Hope reigns supreme.

I was a first time buyer. The plants didn't look very healthy when I rec'd them. I planted them right away and have been watering them but parts of them are already brown. They were quite small. I thought they would be bigger

Very small for the price. It wasn't in the greatest shape when it arrived. I was told to plant it, and see what it looks like in 3-4 weeks.
