Trees were very small, the root ball is tiny for a 7 foot tree
Ordered a 6-7 Ft Eastern Redbud. The picture shows this beautiful tree. What did I receive? Something that looks like a small branch shoved in a pot of dirt. Not a single leaf. The trunk of this "tree" is about 1/4" thick at the base. Seriously. This is a joke right? I'll post a picture tomorrow.

The tree arrived in excellent shape, and was taller than I expected. I planted it within a few days, and so far it looks very good. I needed this tree to cross-fertilize with two columnar red sentinel trees that I bought last year from Fast Growing Trees. The red sentinels look very good one year later and had lots of blooms.

I'm really disappointed with this purchase. This small plant came in a long box, not fixed in any way. 2 out of 3 sprouts broke off along the way. The plant looked sick and weak. There was a fungus on some of the leaves. After a few weeks I noticed a white coating on the leaves and stem.
Along with the plant, I received a lot of advertising and not a single instruction regarding planting and caring for it. I hope I can cure it, but I don't know when and if I will get the first flowers from this little sick bush. I'm not even sure if this is exactly the "love" hydrangea from the picture

I have ordered multiple plants from this site. All except 1 have arrived in pristine condition. I emailed my concerns about the condition of one of my trees and received a very prompt response and was shipped out a replacement plant free of charge
One of the plants (pomegranate) arrived with almost all leaves yellow. Arabica also had a leaves that are browning. So now trying to save them.

Bought a group of 6 new Blueberry Bushes. They are very healthy. Excellent size. They've been in my ground now for a few weeks and never wilted and took a transplant without a hitch. Got my Bongino discount and the best Blueberry bushes I have out of my 30 bushes. TY FGT! Excellent

I ordered a Cassia tree and a Hydrangea plant. Both were packaged well and very healthy when they arrived. I followed the planting guidelines and both plants are doing very well after 2+ weeks in the ground. Just a note to be sure you understand the size of the plant you are ordering. I read the descriptions prior to purchasing so I wasn't surprised when they came.
I really love everything at this point.

I purchased 2 apple trees that cost over $300 over a month ago. They are sickly and dead and continue to give me runaround. Clearly they do NOT honor their warranty even with many pictures of dead leaves. Save your money.

We ordered the Bloomerang Lilac Tree. This is the very first time I have ordered live plants online. The reviews were great so we decided to give it a try. The tree arrived in great condition - the packaging is very good. We planted it that day and it looks really good. I feel like this review is a bit early, as the tree has only been in the ground two weeks now and we have been having very cold weather for May. But we can see new growth and it looks like it's going to do well. So, we shall see how it does throughout the summer, but from our experience so far, I would definitely order from FastGrowingTrees again.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
