Ordering was simple, trees were much smaller than advertised. Ordered 5 foot trees, 3 footers showed up... root ball was not secure and all the soil had fallen away from the roots. Trees were dry and leaves falling off.

Very customer friendly. The company is service-oriented. One of the trees came in a burlap bag and the roots were unstable in the bag so we hope the tree survives. The worst thing was that Fed Ex refused to bring our trees to the front porch of the house and left the boxes 3 times at the street even though our mailbox and another large sign says that deliveries should be walked to the front porch. Fed Ex drivers are purposefully not complying with the request while Amazon and UPS drivers are following the delivery direction.
Received my tree fast and in great condition, planted it the same day.

Was so happy to find a small tree for a tight garden space at the corner of our house. Was surprised at how quickly we received our new tree. Also impressed at how well it was packaged. Detailed planting instructions came with the tree. Only been in the ground a little over a week. So far, so good.
When my tree arrived it had a top that was at a 45 degree angle w/ several large branches broken. I emailed FGT immediately and within a day they shipped me a brand new one. When it arrived it was in great condition and twice as nice as the 1st one. Thanks FGT for a great buying experience!
I was expecting the trees to have a decent root ball and not just look like twigs with a few leaves. We planted them and now I have 3 dead sticks in my yard. The hydrangeas were in pretty bad shape too but I think I can save 5 of them, the last one is pretty dead but I haven't completely given up yet.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
