Plants were shipped as if made of glass.
Need to pay attention to local weather conditions. Such as, shipping this week might not be a good idea in NC because temps will be below freezing.

I bought here several larger plants about a month ago. All plants arrived on time (or maybe earlier, it's been a month :)) . Well packed, so large banana leaves were almost all ok. And after a month, all plants are happy and healthy, so thumbs up. I'll definitely go there again. In some cases, I bought plants online and they arrived in bad condition and/or "sick", so I'm glad I can share here this positive experience.

Shipment was timely. However the trees had trunks approx. 1 1/2 inch in diameter, each tree had 1 (one) dead leaf with no evidence of survival. The shrubs were wilted, brittle tiny branches. My landscaper planted them in the event they might be revived.Facebook

Everything was perfect. Good communication, and trees arrived safe and healthy. This was my first buying experience and I will plan to use FastGrowingTrees.com again.

Been ordering trees and shrubs from here and let me tell you customer service is extremely fast to reply. Not only do I get fast replies but my last order damaged and sent in pictures and had a confirmation of replacement tree confirmed to be sent in less then 2 hours. Absolutely love that they honored their warranty and stand behind their product

Most of the plants have been high quality. Instructions were very clear and helpful. And customer service was able to address my issue quickly and effectively.

My initial experiences with mail order trees/plants were not good. Dead, dry, barerooted twigs best describe the quality I was use to. But after my orders from FastGrowingTrees I feel more positive and less anxious about the condition and quality of what trees I order.

I have always been happy with the plants I ordered. They arrive in good condition. Cannot wait to order more plants in the future.

First they said they would ship within 5 days. After waiting 10 days, they said the inventory they said they had wasn't actually arriving for a month. I waited a couple of days and decided to cancel the order because it was already November. Then they said the order couldn't be cancelled because it already shipped. I don't know what kind of game that is, but it wasn't appreciated.

Great to work with. Delivery was damaged by shipper but FGT quickly made it right and replaced the damaged items, with quick delivery so that we were able to get the plants in before winter hit.

Very pleased with the variety of plants FGT has. My last experience was purchasing 2 Fruit Snacks Apple trees. Both were in excellent shape and a little bit larger than expected - a bonus!

I ordered a Chocolate Mimosa. I got it for a great price, it was packaged well, and I received an excellent specimen that hadn't been topped. Very pleased.

After losing 3 $400 austrian pines (from a local tree farm partially due to clay soils and a needle blight brought on by water spraying the leaves per the farms advice), I decided to try fast-growing trees' green arborvitae trees in smaller starts. HAPPY NOW

Received the wrong tree at first, and they quickly shipped out a replacement without asking for the incorrect tree to be returned to them. The spruce arrived healthy and happy shortly thereafter!

I spent more or less $600 trusting descriptions, paid $139. For a Monty Spruce Pine tree noted as 3-4ft tall and I received a 12 inches tall tree. You're deceiving and malicious as in addition to lying about sizes; advertising plants in gallons and sending quarts you also offered buy one and get a second for 50% less and then charged me full price. This is beyond reprehensible and bad business practice for this was the last time you hear from me.

My first one was horrible. I needed to cancel the order because I was taking my terminally ill son to the hospital. You ignored me.

I will not order from this company again because quality of plants is far below normal expectations for starter plants, even from an online/shipped source. I did not see a simple way of contacting the company with these problems, and am very frustrated when a purchase comes with damaged/sick plants because that creates a new job for me to follow up and pursue a refund or replacement. If plants are not packed with care in this shipment, why would another be better. The vanilla bean plant is now in satisfactory condition after repotting and stabilizing the stake, one eastern snowball bush plant was clearly diseased, and is now dead and discarded. The other two are planted and I do not know outcome of whether they will live or not in the garden. This order was a chance to try the company and the experience was not good, so there are other sources to choose next time.

I ordered three trees that were depicted in photos as beautiful and healthy looking. When I made my purchase, a promised shipment date and delivery day for the trees were issued.

The trees that I had purchased, which were depicted as beautiful and healthy in photos on the FastGrowingTrees website, arrived almost a week later. I reached out via email, as its website advised customers to do if issues were found. I never received any communication back from FastGrowingTrees.

I had to contact FedEx, who in return contacted FastGrowingTrees.

When I finally received my purchases and opened the box, the trees were practically dead, with no life. The limbs were bare and the leaves were all dried up and scattered throughout the box. When I removed the leaves from the box, the trees themselves were bent and had what I would describe as a hunch in the trunk, making it impossible for the tree to stand up, even if it had arrived healthy.

I was so upset with myself after paying hundreds of dollars and putting my trust into FastGrowingTrees to deliver the product that they advertised. Because of my line of work, I had no time to follow up and chalked it up as a loss, telling myself that it would not be worth the added overtime and mental stress it would leave me with.

When I looked at the reviews, I saw similar incidents where customers experienced the same fates and warned against shopping. Had I done my research prior, I would have never purchased from FastGrowingTrees. With so many complaints from customers, you wonder how this company is still in business.

I almost feel compelled to write to the Attorney General regarding this business. This is an absolute shame that this company would advertise luxurious looking plants and trees only to fool customers and deliver dead and unhealthy items.

I can promise one thing for sure and two things for certain: I will never buy from this company again and will be spreading the word about my experience. And as a consumer, I only feel right that the Attorney General should be given the heads-up. This is unacceptable.

My order was for three fruit trees. They arrived on time and the price was much better than Stark bros. In addition, Stark called as trees were scheduled for delivery (but ordered 3 weeks pryor) and said that they were out of those trees at that point. Had to pick a different species of tree and they added cost to the order! One stark tree that I ordered was over$100.00. When it arrived the tree wasliterally less than a foot tall. Disappointed for sure. Fast growing trees were much healthier. The only issue I had was that they shipped two 5 foot trees in one long box. There was a root pot on each end of box so that no matter how it was stood up, one pot based root was upside down and soil was dislodged. Other than that, I would order from FGT again.
