I ordered a tree ten days ago... shipping is supposed to be "immediate or within 6-9 days." My tree was supposed to be in stock. I have sent two emails and have gotten nothing but an automated response. Seems like a scam. I am attempting to cancel payment with my credit card.

I ordered a dwarf mango tree and a 5-6' guava tree. My order was delivered a week ago and when I opened the box the guava tree was completely dead. It could not have died in three days in transit had it been packed alive. I took picture of it before taking it out of the box and then took pictures after taking it out of the box and emailed the pictures to them the same evening. They have not responded to my emails and I'm being given run around with the phone calls, telling me that they have back log of the emails and will respond when they get to it. Bad customer service. I will never order from them again.

Ordered 5 trees/ shrubs
September 12, 2012

Ordered 5 trees/ shrubs. They weren't as large as described, The purple lilac appeared half dead & looked like it had white mold on most of the leaves. It never grew & leaves were falling off despite fertilizing & watering. Sent photos as required for a replacement, they said they never received them. Took more photos, they said to continue fertilizing for a few more weeks. The plant continued to deteriorate. Called again & again told send photo that they again didn't receive. Sound like the runaround? After spending $300 on mediocre trees that comparable "fast growing" trees could have been purchased from Lowes I learned that some online companies shouldn't be trusted to provide good products or service. Fast-growing-trees.com is one of those companies.

Ordered tress online from fast-growing-trees.com. It was a complete failure. Trees were supposed to have 4-6 feet, they had less than 3 feet and were so thin that they shouldn't even have been sold as branches. A similar experience to the one described here: http://www.poloniainfo.com/fast-growing-trees-scam.html

Buying trees or plants online is a no-no!

I have never been lied to this degree. They stole my money. I bought an expensive small citrus tree and they sent me a wilting twig without a root ball.
