My tree arrived not secured properly. It had room to move in the box and I think that the roots were pulled inside the burlap bag possibly shocking the tree. I purchased the root rocket fertilizer and followed the instructions and either it damaged my tree because all the leaves on it look burned and turned brown in a matter of days. My tree is just a stick in the ground with a few brown leaves and has not sprouted one healthy green leaf yet. I feel that I just wasted $145 on an apricot tree that might be dead. Very disappointed. I will not order from your site again and not recommend it due to the way my tree was packaged.

I purchased 5 hydrangeas, I didn't realize they'd be only about 3-4" in height. After being super disappointed I planted them anyhow. Few days later, I went to Lowe's and saw the same hydrangeas, same price, but 10x larger! I called customer service and received probably half my money back. I've done so many purchases from this company in the past. Next time I'm checking local stores first...
I hesitated ordering live plants from an online vendor. Order was shipped promptly and packaged well, Roses are doing well, I would order from them again.
My tree came quickly and very well packed! I removed it and it was a little tired from his journey so I watered it and it perked up within hours. Planted it two days later and it has already grown some snd looking beautiful! The root ball was really nice and made it simple to plant along with card instructions. Could not ask for a better experience!
I received the trees and found to be pretty beat up they had branches broken and the roots had completely broken free from the dirt that they had grown in. I quickly told them home and planted them and water alot. They seem to be ok so far but will take quite a bit of time to recover.

I called and griped. They said they would ship my Dogwood tree with the corrected order.

I called and griped again! They refunded my shipping fee and said they would ship a Dogwood.
I received a Dogwood. 4 feet tall.
I called and said I wanted the upcharged 6ft vs 4 ft difference refunded.

I ordered 3 Crepe Myrtles and 2 Apple Trees. The Apple Trees were in good condition out of the box and still look good. The Crepe Myrtles looked dead but I planted them anyway. I have been watching them and am now convinced they are definitely dead.

After placing my order I read several bad reviews about this company. HOWEVER I decided to see for myself. When my plants came they were boxed and protected from damage perfectly, in excellent health, and above average size. They were healthier than expected. There were instructions on how to plant, feed and water. Today they are about 2x the size when first delivered.not sure why there are bad reviews but it happens sometimes.
My trees arrived quickly and in great shape. However, one of the trees I received was not the one I ordered. I called customer service and explained that they had sent me an incorrect tree and one that was one hundred dollars more than the one I had ordered. Not only did they immediately ship me what I had originally ordered, they had me keep the more expensive tree!
Some plants looked good but some were not worth what we paid. Wisteria was supposed to be a 5 gallon and it looked as if someone replanted it in a larger pot but it was a tiny twig with 6 leaves on it. Looked very sad! I will not buy from your company again. Your plants are high but I'm ok paying your prices IF I get what I'm paying for.

Bought 15 trees and was beyond pleased with not only how fast the trees were delivered but the quality of them also
The apricot was not "balled" rather it looks like it was chopped out and packed in some other materials. Large roots cut short and hair roots almost non existent. We will see
The Sea "berry" is not the Russian seabuckthorn but some hybrid that is apparently thornless
The goji was dehydrated but perked up

If I were only rating the Little Miss Figgy, it would be 5 stars all the way! It arrived in amazing condition and is thriving! Just 3 weeks later, she already has a fig! The Little Lime Hydrangea tree is doing ok, but I wouldn't say it's thriving yet. Much of the little branches were broken in transit and I had to prune it quite a bit. But it already has some new growth, so I think it will be ok with time.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
