The response was, sorry, we don't have any in inventory. They didn't even try to make a phone call to find the product that they sold me and charged me for. Very disappointed!
I bought 3 fruit trees and one came pretty beaten up totally dry called and they sent me another one and I'm satisfied I would buy from them again
Overall I'm pleased with the purchase. The tree arrived later than predicted. The plant was loose in a burlap sack with a little dirt. There were only a few roots and they were pruned to 3-4 inches long. The branches were very short at about 4-5 inches. It stayed dormant for 5 weeks during our spring. It sprouted leaves a few days ago and seems to be doing well. With the later start, I am concerned that it will have a rougher time when the 90+ degree days begin this week.
I had called customer service after about 3.5 weeks and the kind representative suggested I give it a little more time and call back after May 15 if there was no life. It started growing just a couple days prior to this.
When this came to the attention of their customer service reps, they immediately gave me a refund. I don't think I've ever dealt with such an honorable and pleasant nursery. Needless to say, the other two plants I bought in the same order are exceptionally healthy and my previous purchases were healthy.
All the plants arrived healthy and are doing well! Would buy again.
This cost twice as much as another plant I purchased locally, and it's 1/3 of the size.

We ordered 8 Italian cypress trees for our yard because we couldn't find any in the size we needed locally, and the few we did find didn't seem healthy. They arrived well packaged and all seemed very healthy. Very happy with the purchase and will definitely come back if we need any other trees or shrubs for our landscaping if we can't find locally.
Ordered a myrtle tree arrived and appeared dead. Called and was replaced which we appreciate but second one same as first. Giving it a chance but have it in ground two weeks and doing nothing. Was expecting bids or leaves and nothing. Only have a 30 day guarantee so if we continue to be patient beyond 30 days will be put $100. Asked what we should expect and was told they didn't know. Disappointed with that

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
