When I ordered, customer service lead me to believe that my trees would ship FEDEX 2 day. Reality was, they did ship FEDEX. Just happened to be ground and across the country. Long story short I received the trees 10 days later and nothing like they described. 1 gallon plants, were literally a 8oz root and stem. And 30 of them smashed together. Horrible experience!

I was very excited to receive my 3 gallon Monstera. Unfortunately with all the travel and shipping it did not fare well. I knew it would be in a little bit of shock but after three days it just kept looking worse. I did reach out to the company and they were very fast to replace a new one for me. I was very appreciative of that as it is a pricey plant. I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt that the second one will do a little bit better. Mind you… Monsteras are very tricky to grow. I really don't have any suggestions how to ship them easily. Even though it says fragile, live plants... I know that they are tossed around.
I do love the company for their choice of plants… Especially the unique ones. I most likely will order again.
I was really surprised at how well packed my plants came and how fast. I got everything into their homes/ locations with some repotting. It's been a few weeks and they remain very healthy looking. I'm really happy with what I purchased.
I bought two wisterias one vine one tree. First tree arrived dead and I notified them and was sent a replacement. The replacement arrived as a dried out stick. I spent 220$ for one living plant and two dead ones.

I have ordered the Sapote Plant from FGT and the plant arrived after 12 days in pretty bad shape with broken branches and dead leaves. I have contacted the customer service and send them the pictures and they agreed to send a replacement plant as i have purchased the 1 year warranty. They also recommended to plant the existing plant as its in shock and will revive, so I did that. But the plant pretty much died with in a week as I anticipated. Was hoping to get a better replacement plant this time but they sent me a sick plant again infected with Mold and spotted leaves. Really disappointed with them now and would never purchase anything from them again. Looks like they really don't care about their customers. I have submitted a negative review on their website and guess what my review never showed up on their site.

Ordered 8 fruit trees and 2 honey suckle. Got free Japanese Maple tree. Was missing one of my trees in shipment. Customer service was easy to get a hold of and received tree in a few days. Very nice and helpful.
First shipment was a stick. No response to email with picts till I called the received replacement three days later than told it would arrive

My first order, a Blue Moon Wisteria, came in great condition and traveled beautifully as packaged. My second shipment, two citronella plants with two bags of soil supplement, was another story. The plants came all dried up, broken and most of the soil out of the containers. The bags of soil supplement were not tied down to the box and were moving all over and crushed the plants in transit. The branches are broken, they are dried out, and they don't look healthy at all. I don't think they are going to make it. These weren't cheap plants, and what was received is less value than what I paid. I feel that they were poorly packaged and also mistreated by the delivery service -- neither of which are my fault. My first shipment was great. What happened? I am requesting a refund.

I ordered 3 trees and a total of 15 Hydrangeas. The 6-‘-8' trees received were basically tall but living sticks. I thought I was buying more established trees for the price paid. Same with the Peacock hydrangeas purchased. I guess I didn't realize that 2 quart containers would comprise 4 leaves for 39.95 each. I sure hope they don't take 5 years to bloom

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
