The prices are fantastic and my tree arrived in a long box. My only complaint is that they stuffed the rest of my order in the same box as my tree, so my little shrub and two hydrangeas were destroyed. The hydrangeas didn't recover, but the shrub did eventually. What a waste.
Trees arrived and had been broken during shipping. FTG sent new trees within a week.
I ordered two orange trees they were supposed to be two years old for $80 ea they were not in a pot they were just in a plastic bag with some dirt around the roots We planted them and they are doing good but I will be surprised if we have oranges next year

I ordered Multi grafted Apples and Peaches, they packed them nicely and delivers promptly in perfect condition. I planted them the next day and they started showing the new growth. I highly recommend
FastGrowingTrees has a very nice WEB site and a lot of things are get automated. You see real stock availability, receive automated invoices and follow up email. But the system crashes sometimes, and live help cannot fix it in reasonable time. It took me 2 weeks and 5 (five) calls to Customer Service to get one of my 2 ordered cherry trees to finally get shipped. I do not know for a fact what had happened inside the company order fulfillment system, but one of the trees has not been shipped as promised (in 1-2 days), and I only received it after 2 weeks and all these calls. Each call ended up with a promise to ship tomorrow and provide tracking number, but that never happened. I paid premium price for premium product and service ($250 for 2 cherry trees), I probably ended up getting a good product (very well packed I have to admit), but an incredibly lousy service. The high tech WEB site creates an illusion of an impeccable system running quality, but in fact they have dropped the ball in my case.

My orders come in a reasonable time frame. Packed with care and are always in great shape. When I plant them they seem to just wake up and look lively. I am looking forward to my most recent order.
I've had 3 fairly large orders with FastGrowingTrees ( each over $250). The first order one plant was exactly as described, 2nd plant smaller and brown ripped leaves. Both are still alive. 2nd&3rd orders were packed 5 trees/plants in one long box. Half were damaged, Olive tree and Avocado ( which both cost over $100 each) were sparse, ripped and stems/branches cracked. Not happy with that. Lime tree has dark spots all over leaves ( still diagnosing). Free hydrangeas died.

I've sent 2 emailed to the customer service you provide in your website, asking for some concerns I had about 2 of my new plants I bought from FastGrowingTrees.com and I never heard them. I am very disappointed about that.
Purchasing was fine. Great on-line selection. I was happy with the kumquat tree. I was expecting taller Myrtle trees. They look more like shrubs. I cannot plant there where I was going to.

FedEx was 8 days past when they should have delivered my trees. When they arrived, broken & yellow. Fast Growing Trees re-sent my order, this time it was great. Thank you.
Received a tree in a very bad shape because the soil wasn't packed around the roots properly. I thought it was just stress from shipping so I planted it anyway to give it a chance to come back to life. A few weeks later, the tree died completely. I contacted the company. And instead of sending me a replacement or refunding me, they blamed me for not contacting them earlier and wanted to issue me a partial store credit which is completely useless as they are out of stock of almost everything. At the end of the day, a bad experience could have been easily rectified if the customer service rep was courteous and had a professional attitude. But that wasn't the case at all! So he managed to make a bad experience exponentially worse.
We hate hearing that this happened! We have reached out to help make this right!
Received my shipment quickly. Plants were I good shape. There was one plant missing from the shipment. Contacted the company and the missing plant was promptly shipped.
I ordered 10 evergreens and 1 patio peach tree. Peach tree seems to be doing fine. 2 of the evergreens seem to be dead. I planted them anyway in hopes they will recover but the green is more brown than green and it just crumble in your hand. Time will tell.
The shrub I ordered was 3-4' and barely reached 2.5'

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
