My snow ball bush arrived in the same box as my fern. Unfortunately they both had damage to the stems due to shifting in the box. Sever stems broken and bent badly. Could have anchored them better. If you really think the delivery people are going to keep the box in the correct position, you really don't have a clue as to how they handle boxes.
I had ordered an elm tree that I thought more about after I had placed the order. I was concerned that the tree was too close to our property line and that it would be too large. I called to discuss this and got some good advice. I was able to change my order into a Redbud that was much more appropriate for the area and the tree was in great shape when it arrived.
Peace Lily needed to be replaced - all arrived smooshed and many brown leaves. My Ficus is shedding like crazy. The peace lily was dead in two days - the replacement peace lily was smaller in size than what I originally purchased. Plants that i bought from Home Depo for half the price are thriving Shopping the site was great so the shopping experience was convenient. The quality is ONE star - the customer service - since you replaced the original peace lily quickly - customer service is good - although that is what clients pay extra for. I am sure that large trees and home gardeners are different. As far as house plants - I am dissatisfied.

The plants I received were kind of pathetic. Maybe I'm wrong and they will grow into something impressive but for the price they were very tiny in small bases. Not what I received a year ago when I purchased and for $30-$40 each there is no reason to buy here when I can buy for the same or less at local garden center and know what I'm getting

I ordered Yellow Azaleas at 60$ each. I recieved my box and opened it up. I was surprised at how small the trees were. I called customer service as I needed bigger trees In the space I was working with. I was told that was the largest. They kindly gave me a discount to keep the trees rather than charging me a restock fee to send them back. However, the next day as I was getting ready to plant them, I saw that they were not what i ordered, they were white azaleas. I called them back and they did send out another set of yellow (which actually looked in terrible shape). I did see azaleas at my local home depot after this that were much bigger and cost much less. Customer service rep was very nice but overall, I would not recommend buying from this company.

On my first order I never received any shipment notification. When the trees did arrive all but one were damaged. The Bing Cherry which I paid extra for the larger tree looks like a toothpick with three tiny sets of leaves. I emailed the company a number of times to complain but they fell on deaf ears. I placed an order for a peach tree because they were the only ones that had them in stock and were supposed to ship in one to two days. Well after almost two weeks of emails they finally responded to say that the trees they had were not up to their standards and would ship in July, a wait of over two months. They had no problem charging for the tree! This will be the last time I deal with this company and all I can do is suggest you deal with someone else and save yourself the aggravation.

We were very satisfied with Fast Growing Trees. Site was easy to navigate. Our tree arrived on time with no issues.
The tree that was sent was very healthy. The old growth was solidly 6' and then it had an additional 6" of new growth on most of it's branches. However, I feel that their shipping policy is deceptive. They advertise as 'ships in 2 days' but then send it standard ground within 2 days of your order. This would not have been such a big deal if it didn't take 2.5 weeks for the tree to be delivered. While I'm sure that the sellers couldn't have been foreseen this, I also might have been more wary ordering the tree if I knew it was going to be shipped via standard mail. It did arrive alive and well packed and seems that it will likely recover. We also did receive prompt responses from the seller assuring us the tree could last up to two weeks in shipping and that they have a 30-day guarantee.
Customer service helped me and very responsive. They actually cared and got back to me every time.
Ordered two trees, planted both at the same time using the same process and watering frequency. 1 doing fine, the other is dead. Not a good result. Will be contacting customer service for replacement.

The prices are fantastic and my tree arrived in a long box. My only complaint is that they stuffed the rest of my order in the same box as my tree, so my little shrub and two hydrangeas were destroyed. The hydrangeas didn't recover, but the shrub did eventually. What a waste.

Trees arrived and had been broken during shipping. FTG sent new trees within a week.
I ordered two orange trees they were supposed to be two years old for $80 ea they were not in a pot they were just in a plastic bag with some dirt around the roots We planted them and they are doing good but I will be surprised if we have oranges next year

I ordered Multi grafted Apples and Peaches, they packed them nicely and delivers promptly in perfect condition. I planted them the next day and they started showing the new growth. I highly recommend
FastGrowingTrees has a very nice WEB site and a lot of things are get automated. You see real stock availability, receive automated invoices and follow up email. But the system crashes sometimes, and live help cannot fix it in reasonable time. It took me 2 weeks and 5 (five) calls to Customer Service to get one of my 2 ordered cherry trees to finally get shipped. I do not know for a fact what had happened inside the company order fulfillment system, but one of the trees has not been shipped as promised (in 1-2 days), and I only received it after 2 weeks and all these calls. Each call ended up with a promise to ship tomorrow and provide tracking number, but that never happened. I paid premium price for premium product and service ($250 for 2 cherry trees), I probably ended up getting a good product (very well packed I have to admit), but an incredibly lousy service. The high tech WEB site creates an illusion of an impeccable system running quality, but in fact they have dropped the ball in my case.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
