I called Customer services and I was told to email with pictures,, I did and I still waiting after a week, plants are the biggest disappointment, I got a beautiful tall hydrengea at the local supermarket for better price I paid with you and it it a tiny plant not as picture same with the bamboo tree one long stick some were cut no leaves, I paid a lot for a nice plant not for something is half way dead, I work with plants and flower and what I got we put it on the side, that's what I got deliver, I will like my money back

I bought two avocado trees. They arrived in poor shape. I was disappointed and told they would come back and to wait. They seem to be recovering, but I am past the warranty period. Would have preferred to receive them healthy and ready to grow.
I purchased a Hass avocado tree and it came as a stick with 3 leaves. I planted it and have been watering it and all 3 leaves have fallen off. I'm not confident that it's going to live.

I ordered 2 Meyer lemon trees. One already has new growth and some flowers. The other seems healthy but does not have any new growth or buds.

I ordered more than 10 boxwoods and 2 trees. The boxwoods were inconsistent in quality and size, and looked as if they came from diff farms. Some were about half the size. The two trees were worse. They were packed horribly and the small trunks broke so I ended up with mainly roots.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
