Our tree arrived very well protected in the packaging and healthy. There were many new leaves starting. A couple of leaves dropped, which we were told was normal. The tree, although young, has a lovely shape. So far so good!
We were looking to purchase some fruit trees for our backyard and I came across your web site. After reading through your company information and products you carry, I decided to order a cherry tree. Upon receiving the tree, I noticed that the product was in excellent health. I planted the tree and am looking forward to reaping the fruit from it as it matures.

I ordered a Dogwood, Azalea, and Tulip Poplar and received a free Japanese Maple as part of their promotion. I was home when FedEx delivered the box and opened it within the hour. All the dirt/soil was dry and hot. All four items were smooshed in one box. I believe the smaller items were injured by the larger ones. The Tulip Poplar was snapped/broken so I lost about 18 inches of growth. The Japanese Maple's leaves were dry and crunchy. It looked mostly like a long twig with some dead leaves on it. The Azalea lost a lot of branches. I had such high hopes but was severely disappointed.
I love the ease of shopping for things online and finding exactly what I want – often shopping in a store in limited and have to settle because it's all that's available. So, I made an assumption that this could be that simple... it wasn't.
After spending roughly 8 days in a box, in various vehicles the four plants arrived. Everyone of them had extreme trauma. All of them had fallen out of the containers, dirt loose in a bag and the roots dry and exposed.
Stems were broken, leaves were wilted and some had already turned brown.
Officially - they are all still alive. We water them and care for them 2-3x/day. But they look terrible, many leaves are now black, and totally dead. Some parts of the plants are ok, some parts are droopy. Instead of getting a local plant that could thrive over the summer we have plants that will not really be doing well until next season if they make it.
In short, I'd never take the chance again. I'll buy local / drivable.

The two trees that I ordered were delivered on time by FedEx. One of the trees was a little beat up during the transport but considering the means of transport I guess one should expect some damage. Overall I'm very pleased with Fast Growing Trees!
We apologize for your experience! Because we are shipping live plants, we advise against returning them. The time spent shipping to and from the customer will severely weaken or kill the plants. Because of this we do charge a restocking fee if you decide not to accept the delivery.
I ordered 4 one gallon pots on 2 orders@ 39.95/pot I received quart pots you sell for $24.95/pot 2 were dead the other 6 look very bad.

We asked about the 5 gal size tree before ordering and when the tree arrived it was much smaller than described. It was shipped later than expected and arrived damaged. We reported this to customer service and were very disappointed in their response. We will not recommend fast growing trees to anyone and will not order again. Very disappointing experience.

Tree is dying slowly. Seems like it never had a chance. I have nearly 40 plants, haven't lost one yet. This will be the first to die.

I got dozens of emails before my order even arrived. I reset my preferences to get email once a month, but the emails continued to come. Then I unsubscribed and they still continued to come. At least daily. I unsubscribed again and they finally stopped. Spamming new customers with a flood of emails is not a way to make a good impression.

Received my Plumeria tree and 3 plants. All but one looked destroyed. Customer service was great with advice and why they looked dead. Now it's a wait and see process.
The plants are always better than what you expect. They're packaged well, arrive in great condition, and are already thriving.
4 of the 10 Pencil scrubs are not doing well even though they are planted next to each other in the same soil and watered the same way. The leaves are drying up and are stiff to touch and falling.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
