In the past I bought bare-root trees and I'm happy with those but I wanted a tree that wasn't a bare root and grown a bit.

We were very happy with the trees we received. We had ordered 38 Green Giant Thuja's. Was impressed how healthy the trees were. We did have an issue with shipping which was due to FedEx misplacing 4 trees. When we received them we then planted, but due to the delay they didn't seem to be doing so well. Contacted Fast Growing Trees and without hesitation they replaced the 4 Trees. Can't ask for anything more than that. Great Customer Service as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Fast Growing Trees.

I ordered 4 trees, 2 crepe myrtles, and some day lilies. All arrived on time, but the box was crushed. Luckily the plants inside had been very well packed and were still in good shape. All were planted the next day. One of the myrtles died within days, and one of the eucalyptus is struggling to survive. Otherwise, we are very pleased
It was so easy to order and the trees came quickly. They were easy to plant - we will watch them over the next year and see how they grow.
First my plants were shipped to Texas to someone else then when I called the company back and received my palm trees they are nothing like what is pictured. Very disappointed

I was not notified that the trees had shipped and, thankfully, was home to receive them and unpack them. I got them other ground right away and have been diligent with watering. They both have lost a lot of leaves but seem to have stabilized in two weeks. I'm hoping to see some signs of new growth soon.
Having never before purchased a bush or tree online, I really didn't know what to expect. I was actually skeptical that a wisteria being shipped from South Carolina to Texas could arrive looking healthy and in great condition, but I sure was wrong. It arrived perfectly boxed and in perfect condition. It was as if it had been boxed just a couple of hours earlier. It even arrived with 2 beautiful unopened blooms.
First of all, my trees/plants did NOT arrive in 1-2 days. It was almost a week before my order was delivered. Secondly, when they arrived they were kind of beat up and all three of them had brown leaves on them and in the box. Certainly not what I was expecting. I planted my trees in large pots and watered them thoroughly. I've had them for about 2 weeks now and they are just starting to perk up and look healthy. Thank goodness I sprung for the plant guarantee because I'm afraid I may need it before the year is over.
We apologize for the confusion! Our orders ship out within 1-2 days but the amount of time spent in transit is going to depend on where you're at in relation to our nursery.
It typically takes a couple of week for a plant to recover from the stress of shipping but the plants should begin putting out lots of new growth and looking beautiful!

Only complaint I have is the free Japanese Maple tree was so unhealthy, holes in leaves (all 3 of the leaves... ie not many leaves) Not even sure it will survive... but it was free and not why I ordered from you... should have just left out the sickly tree.

I received my trees so quickly and they were in beautiful shape.
I wanted citrus where citrus doesn't go, so online I went. The first trees I got were both badly damaged. The box was seemingly chucked on the front porch, and broken almost in half. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent out bad replacements. One we got has yellow leaves and was in arguably worse shape than the one that came the first time. The original order was later than I expected and the shipping info from FedEx was also wrong.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
