I'm waiting to see the out come if the tree will be ok.
Ordering and paying for the tress was the easiest part. Not so happy about paying extra for handling of larger trees thinking they would be in different boxes? But I get you want to keep the cost down on freight. However it was really hot here(over 90 degrees) the day they were dropped off and the driver left the plants sitting in the sun till I got home! Not good (think the Kwanzan went into shock?) I took them out of the box as soon as I got home & watered them a lot! The Kwanzan was cut very short and hardly had any leaves on it (only assuming you wanted to fit it in the box?) But there's where you went wrong! That tree shouldn't have been cut that way & you should have left it alone in its own box! And the top of the willow was also lopped off making it look very unappealing as well! I couldn't plant them until the weekend but that was only 2 days away! By the time I went to plant the Kwanzan its leaves had wilted! I planted them anyway in hopes that the Kwanzan would spring back! Still no luck! :( I tried emailing my complaint with pictures a few days later. The one that comes attached to the companies purchase receipt page only to find it was full! I work, so trying to call when its convenient made it difficult for me! Got someone on the phone who told me oh no you have to use the contact page and submit your information then someone will reach back out to you? Im doing that today (finally)! Lets see how THAT goes!
The service was good. Easy access to find what I was looking for, easy to go through the purchase process. Unfortunately, the tree (a rose tree) didn't like the transport at all. It arrived with more than 30% of it being dried out and dead leaves. Only one of the rose survived, and lasted 36 hours. In the first few days, regardless of rehydration, another 25/30% of the tree went bad. We are hoping that it will not take more than one cycle to nurture it back, but that might be wishful thinking.
I learned the rainbow eucalyptus I ordered had a 100-foot root span and grew up to 70 feet tall only after researching once I received the trees and my friends looked at me in horror when they learned I intended to plant them very close to my building. Had they not alerted me, I would have had a big problem down the road. Additionally, it's not your fault, but the box arrived upside down, with the trees on their heads, leading to several broken branches on one of them.
My Myers lemon tree came with spider mites, and I haven't been able to get rid of them in a month. It isn't healthy, and I'm concerned the mites will spread to my other plants.
Meijer lemon I ordered was tiny compared to the one I could have bought from McDonald Gardens at an enen less price. Same is true with the $99 pomegranate which was described as 3 ft but the one I received was less than 2 ft.

I paid way too much money for a 6 foot twig with a handful of leaves at the top. This tree looks like a skinny twig and was way overpriced. I went to my local nursery and replaced it with a full male ginko tree the same hight for $40 less than the one fast growing trees sent me. Very poor business practice to tell people they are shipping a 6 foot tree and then get a skinny twig with barely any roots in the mail.

Very misleading. What you ship is not worth the purchase or shipping price.
I am a certified arborist, I know how to plant and care for trees. 3 out of the 7 trees I purchased died within 6 months of planting them. I should have purchased locally as other companies warranty their tree for 1 year.

I ordered 2 trees, one was broke when it arrived. I called customer service and had a replacement tree within a week.

I was super excited for my trees because I planned to have them grow with my new born baby. The package was delivered facing completely vertical even though it stated on the box that it should be put horizontal. The top broke off on my one tree and some branches off the other. I know it's probably not your guy's fault but it's still a little upsetting.
Quality tree, shipped promptly, in good shape. Tree is doing well
The palms arrived in good condition. The palm is already starting to grow.
I ordered a tree for my wedding 3 weeks in advance. I was told it would be delivered by a few days before the event. The tree did not show up, customer service stated that they forgot to send it.

Ordered a tree last November that has yet to sprout anything despite showing green on the scratch test. Is it possible for this tree to still be in dormant stat after all this time?

The Skyrocket Junipers I ordered arrived promptly and were well packaged. They have been planted and watered regularly with root stimulant. I look forward to seeing them fill out and mature.
I ordered 3 trees and they came in healthy with leaves and nicely packed.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
