Blackberry plant came damaged with much of its soil out of its pot during the shipping. A few days later, plant leaves were curling and when I contacted Live Chat, I was told to spray neem oil on it. I did and now the leaves have all browned and look half eaten. I think the plant is infested with blackberry phyllis and has sent pictures to FastGrowingTrees. I never got a response back and it's been over a week now.
The tree did not survive the shipping process. It was put in a box with no protection and it showed broken in several places. I should have just gone to a local nursery.

Trees would not have arrived when promised to be planted and therefore canceled. You would not give me credit (even though you did not meet your promise of delivery) until fedex returned the trees to you. I hope you have given me the credit by now. This was a terrible experience because we missed planting time and now must wait until the fall. You should give me free trees in the fall. Just terrible. Should be ashamed of your company.

Very poor experience with the trees. 2 trees were purchased, planted, and watered as directed. Both trees look dead. Since I have had a major landscaping project done, these trees look awful. So disappointed. I have asked for warranty refund, sent pictures as requested and have not been satisfied with the warranty refund. Instead the company keeps stalling, asking for pictures ( already sent!), and pretending that the trees will magically recover ( after the warranty time frame of course!). $179 is a large amount of money to waste on these terrible trees.

My order arrived like my last order, nicely boxed and on time. When I opened the box the box, it was full of soil as were the bagged plants. Getting the 2 and 3 gallon containers out, all had the plants loose and out of their container and being loose, a lot of limbs were broken off. But after checking the plants, U found a bigger surprise. The plants had been repotted from 3 quart or 1 gallon to a 3 gallon before shipping. The outline of the original pot was packed dirt as it came out of the small pot. The dirt added when repotted had all emptied out when shipped. One plant was dead, one lost most of its limbs but I think I can save. It won't bloom this year. Shame on you for this deceit I paid for 3 gallon plants and received 1 gallon size damaged because of it. I am sure this won't be posted.

My 2 trees are dead! They arrived in a very loosely packed burlap bag with hardly any soil in it. They lost all leaves and are now dead! They only arrived with a few leaves. One had 2 actually. I sent in pics and talked with a rep who told me they were dormant. They are dead and have no leaves at all now. A total sham company. I feel stupid for ordering trees to be delivered by mail. Never again.

My first order, 2/ 3 came broken. They were very nicely replaced, but one is severely humpbacked. Will try to prop up, but it would not have sold at a look/see nursery.
Received my azalea, but didn't get a chance to plant it right away! It held up perfect til I got it in the ground, and is growing nicely! We didn't lose any leaves and it is a very hearty plant!
I have purchased from fast growing trees before and had a good experience, I am giving a review on my second purchase of 2 olive trees and 1 lemon tree.
1 olive tree was in good condition the other had two broken branches and the lemon tree was completely broken. I understand there is always that risk when shipping delicate trees however I don't have the time to deal with customer service and returning of items. I don't think I will take the risk again.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
