Tree came very well packaged for shipping. I got it planted right away. Of course we are having crazy winds. I staked the poor tree. I hope it can take all the beating up from the wind.

It didn't take long before the tree and bushes arrived and honestly I didn't think they would be as nice as they was. Planted them that day and so far they are all doing good except for the one my husband back over with the lawnmower. Yes just 2 hours after planting it. I can't wait to see what they look like in a year.

The quality of the tree exceeded me expectations! Also, the quality of the packing was great and the tree came quickly. Overall very happy with the experience from start to end.

I had a flowering pink dogwood sent to a friend after loosing her husband. Although I did not get to see the small tree upon delivery, I hear it was of great quality and they even delivered it on a Sunday, less than week in transit.

Flowering pear tree First time I used it it seem like it was packaged nice easy to put in the hole once you take it out nice instructions I just hope it grows as fast as possible thank you

1st order went great, 2nd received wrong plant at 1/3 the value of what I purchased. The replacement plant arrived 10 days after order and was almost dead, lost leaves and color AND again, cheated by the size of the order receiving a quart size instead of gallon. Wouldn't recommend to anyone now...

Good packiging. Tree survived and took well.
Tree itself was less than optimum being that it was a regrowth of a previously died sappling.

It was just ok, because 2 products still not received any emails to explain why or why not! I have had to call twice for 2 different reasons as to why they have not come yet...

While they are doing fine now, I was surprised at how poorly packed the azaleas were when I opened the box. They were placed sideways in a box, two of them top to top. I had to clean off so many broken branches. I was afraid they wouldn't make it but they're doing fine now, I've ordered plants before from other sites and they were packaged a little more carefully with support to protect them during the travel

Plants arrived quickly and in great shape. Once planted they've been flourishing.

Plants are extremely overpriced and often unhealthy (or) fails to grow.

Good for the price but two top branches were broken when I opened the box. The last Santa Rosa plum I got from them died in less than a year, I hope this one lives.

Taking too long to receive my tree. Very disappointed in the delivery

I placed two orders. The first was for a Lincoln red rose, which arrived promptly and I was satisfied. My 2nd order was for a lilac. I assumed it would be a decent start, especially for the price. What I received was a dried out 8 inch stick. So, although my rose turned out ok, I'm overall disappointed and will most likely go elsewhere.

Shipped a tree that was mechanically injured, and severely girdled already. Imo this tree was sent because the extended plan was purchased... planted tree, of course it expired. Requested a replacement, got one 50 % smaller than original...

Bloodgood Japanese Maple arrived well-packed and in good condition. Have had it only a couple of weeks, it's planted, and so far it looks great.
