The trees (Lombardie Poplars) arrived after awhile, which is understandable given the Covid crisis, but they were small, just a single sapling with a root ball, and a few had no leaves. I'm not sure yet if they will take.

I originally ordered two 2-gallon Coral Double Knockout Roses and a Dwarf Althea Rose of Sharon. When they arrived, the root balls of all three plants were extremely dry, several branches of the rose bushes were broken, and in the case of the Rose of Sharon and one of the roses the roots had pulled out of the soil and the plants were nearly dead. When I reported that situation to FGT and submitted a claim for replacements under the 5-day good condition delivery guarantee, I was informed that there were no more Althea Rose of Sharon trees or 2-gallon Coral Double Knockout Roses available. Consequently, FGT offered to send me a 1-gallon Coral Double Knockout Rose with a $20.00 refund to my credit card for the difference in price, and a credit for the entire price of the Althea Rose of Sharon ($59.95) against any future purchase from FGT. I used that credit to purchase a dwarf Black Ice Plum tree, and paid the difference in price with my credit card. After a delay of at least two weeks, we received two 1-gallon Coral Double Knockout Roses instead of one, but that worked out because once again, several branches of the rose bushes were broken, the root balls were dry, and one of them was nearly dead. When the dwarf Black Ice Plum tree arrived a couple of days later, it had no flowers and very few leaves, and within a day or two after its arrival, several of the leaves that were there had been chewed off by some kind of insect. I haven't had that problem with any of my existing bushes or trees, so I must assume that the insects arrived with the tree. Because the trunk and branches of the tree appeared to be healthy in spite of the absence of leaves, I sprayed the tree with insecticide and planted it. I intend to watch that tree closely for the next year and if it does not survive, I intend to file a claim under the 1-year insurance guarantee that I also purchased. Although I appreciate the effort that the customer service people at FGT made to address the problems that we experienced, I am totally dissatisfied with the condition of the plants that were delivered, and I will never purchase anything from FGT again!

I ordered an olive tree off of the site and when it arrived several major branches had been damaged/broken off during packaging. While this was disappointing, the customer service team responded to my complaint very quickly and sent out a replacement right away, which was much appreciated.
Plant was in Good Condition hopefully it will grow into a big banana tree soon.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
