I ordered a 4-in-1 apple tree. The website said I would receive 4 of the 5 listed varieties in the tree, but there was only one that was listed that was actually included in the tree I received. I'm glad that I also bought a honey crisp tree, but wasn't expecting wolf river, lodi or winesap. We went ahead and planted it anyway, but I was annoyed.
One of the two trees I ordered arrived damaged. I took pictures and reported back to the company. The next day another tree was on its way. It arrived in great shape and I am very excited to watch my trees mature.
I received this very quickly and it came in great shape. Planted and already budding out.
My key lime tree showed up bigger and in better condition than expected! It had new growth on it and has been growing like crazy since I got it!

Ordered 3 citrus trees, for a total of $250. I knew that they would be small, because all plants you order online are smaller than the images shown on the product pages. However, they were little more than twigs than had been grafted in the last 6 months.
Additionally, two of the trees were packed together in the same box and were packed so poorly that they both were broken and severely damaged on arrival.
The final ding on FGT is that I have contacted customer support multiple times on this issue and have yet to hear anything back from them. So now, I'll just start leaving negative reviews because the whole experience was unexpectedly poor.

I spent just over $200 for the plum tree with grafts to produce four different types of plums. The tree arrived with maybe 3-4 dime sized leaves that fell off day after it arrived/was planted. I watered it regularly and saw a few tiny leaves start to form after a week which got me excited but they withered and died before even getting to be much larger than a matchstick head.
I called to report my concerns and the person I spoke to over the phone said I had to report my trees damage online on their website and that he couldn't assist me further in getting a replacement even though he was customer service. I can't seem to find a place on their website that says report damaged trees here or anything like that so I'll be calling again today because $200 is a lot of money for a dead tree. I've ordered several trees from them in the past and nothing ever arrived looking dead before. It's such a disappointment.

I ordered 2 rose trees but one of them came to me in a very bad condition and Fashgrowingtrees did send me a replace one which is the coral knock out rose tree. The replace one is in a better condition than the first one but still not as good as the other rose which I order together that's why i am not really completly happy about this order
I got two lemon and lime plants, they are a bit small than I thought and one had two broken branches. Wasn't as perfect as I thought for the price I paid.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
