I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees several times over the past five years. All trees are doing great. They arrive in excellent condition and withstand transplant trauma very well. All questions to customer service are answered promptly and correctly.

My 2 in 1 plum tree arrived looking pretty sad. A few days later started to show signs of shock. At this point, I'm not sure if it's dead or alive. I will say that customer service was great and stood by their product and treated me well. I ended up getting a refund in the end. I have purchased other items through fast growing trees and they are alive and well.
The plant flowers look different from the picture. Most of the leaves fell off, and the plant seemed very dry. I am trying my best to revive it.

I ordered two orange and one lemon trees.
First they did not arrive on the date that were supposed to arrive... Days later (at least 5-6 days later).
I opened the box the minute I received them and wow... unhealthy plants.
I put them in a sunny area and watered them.
I followed the instructions exactly. Still they look unhealthy, the leaves are yellowish (not all) and have holes (it seems that they came infected)... I don't know.
I am good in planting, as a matter of fact I purchased two lemon trees about 4 years ago from a different farm, and they are growing and look great "very healthy".

Company changes shipping charges often, and is difficult to ascertain exactly what cost will be.
First order was for Maple tree, which arrived on time and in good shape. Second order was for Eucalyptus tree, which took much longer to deliver, cost $40 to deliver, and arrived completely dessicated. Call to Vendor to arrange adjustment, promised call back, but did not receive.

One of the 2 trees we got was super brown. We planted it with root rocket and it never came back. Contacted customer service they said to wait 4 weeks. They tree has since lost all leaves and is dry. We still water it, but it's not coming back.

I purchased the 5-6 foot hybrid poplar because it said "more developed roots" and I also anticipated it being a more mature looking tree since it's 5-6 feet. When it arrived it was a twig with leaves but no branches. Also the root system is basically bare root like the 2-3 foot trees (which I've also purchased before.)

Awful. I placed an order with them, then within minutes I realized I ordered a tree that just wasn't going to work in my planting zone. That was my bad. I called them maybe 20 minutes after placing the order to cancel it and was told the order would be cancelled as I called so promptly, prior to the order being prepared. I was advised my payment would be refunded within 72 hours. However, within 72 hours I instead received a tracking number. So I called again, and was told to refuse the UPS order and once it was received back at fast growing trees, my payment would be refunded. So I did as told, followed the tracking online and saw when the tree was delivered back to them. Then I waited for my refund. Several days passed, and nothing. So I called again and finally received my refund. From start to finish, my payment was held hostage for about 3 weeks. As I said, I'm not innocent. I placed the order, so that's on me. But they should have cancelled it in the first place, instead of me having to hunt down my refund like a bounty hunter. I planned to buy more trees from them, but after the ordeal, I think I'll shop elsewhere.

You were out of stock when we first started hunting for a wisteria to plant near an arbor we built for our swing. I subscribed to your mailing list to be notified when this wisteria was back in stock. You notified me within just a couple of weeks, and I ordered that day, and received my wisteria very quickly. We removed it from the box, watered it, let it sit overnight, and planted the next day. This was only a couple weeks ago, and the plant already has new growth. I love wisteria, and this is one that I was hunting for because it is a shorter one, only grows to 25 ft. In length which is perfect for our arbor. Thank you Fast Growing Trees!
Bought white flowering dogwood tree 1-2ft. Receipt said so many days to deliver that I don't remember but we received early from expected delivery. Product was as described on site.
"Experience" was fine. Prices have gone up 300% in last two years, plus you have to buy extra insurance now that used to be free. Quality is still good, shipping is good.
I purchased two trees this year - one variegated lemon to replace a plant I'd had that had root issues, and a Persian Lime. Both are potted for the patio. I received them in good health and they both started growing within days of repotting them (the Bob Ross Pot was a fun touch!)
Was frustrated with other suppliers having only a single elderberry cultivar in stock and trying to mix and match across sites to get a pollinating pair. FGT had multiple cultivars available and made it convenient by planting two different ones in a single 2-gallon pot. The plants arrived healthy and after hardening a couple days were ready for planting. They've done very well and are sending out new shoots. FGT gets my vote for ease of service and vigorous plants.
Ordering was easy. I love my Christmas palms i put them in large pots because it gets cool in the winter in Austin. The trees have already grown a few inches. Great quality and Service i will be ordering again!

I ordered two trees based on the excellent recommendation of a friend. They arrived in the same box. One was in great condition. The other looked sick. I called and your customer service person said I should use email to contact you with my concerns. I filled out the form, sent it off. Someone responded and said I needed to wait a few weeks for you to do anything in case the tree perked up. I'm now waiting. My friend who ordered from you and had the same problem, called you. You immediately offered to replace the sick tree at no charge. Why have I had to jump through hoops and she got excellent immediate service?
My trees were ordered individually. Naturally they were delivered on different days. To my surprise each tree was delivered on the exact day it was scheduled. I was able to prepare my planting site ahead of time. Less stress on the day each arrived! The boxes were well cared for and inside each was a perfect tree wanting to be be planted.
One is a Weeping Willow, second is my first ever Red Blaze Maple.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
