Purchased 3 Crape Myrtles size 4-5'. They were not in the size range when I received them. Also, did not receive the free promo that was being offered for that weekend. They had been pruned a lot and already had the knotting/knuckled look on the main stems.

Trying to get an answer about an issue with the tree.

The plants we received we're all just shoved on top of each other in a box. We ordered 10 plants. They were very dry and unhealthy when they arrived. We tried to plant them and revive them but almost half are already dead.

Christy was very thorough. She was very patient since I called her many times about my gift card that just wouldn't go through on my computer.

Website was terrific to navigate, ordering was easy, service was prompt and efficient. Received a tree that was well packed and in great condition. Only recommendation I would make might be to rethink shipping by FedEx. They deliver when it suits THEM. My delivery was rescheduled 3 times.

I ordered 3 trees, paid for 3 trees, fastgrow shipped only 2, one came in with little dirt on pot, called to file claim, waited 2 days, finally called again and was told they are out of stock. This was for a job that needed 3 of the same trees, I ask to be refunded for all trees and a call tag to ship the 2 back and was told there is a 25% restocking fee plus I have to pay shipping! I assume that a company this size has some type of inventory control... maybe not beware! Never again.

After ordering my plants I had a problem with my address and was contacted by customer service. We were able to fix the problem and plants arrived shortly after and in very good shape. They are in the ground and have suffered no transplant shock in spite of a terrible wind storm that we had the other day. I have hopes that they will survive the winter. So far so good!

Ordered and arrived per website... quick and easy... and tree is amazing

I ordered Maxim Strawberries expecting roots as stated but what I got were plants bearing rotten fruit and near death. Fortunately, I got the plants in the ground and they are recovering but no fruit this year. Maybe next year.

The product was not delivered as promised. I called and was told that the product went to an old address. I was told that the bushes were to be delivered to my house on Tuesday. I did not receive the bushes until the next Saturday. I had to reschedule my landscaping guys to the following week so that the bushes could get planted.

Plants I received are not even near to what is posted on the website. Not happy.

They came quickly well packaged. At first I was a little concerned with the banana tree but my daughter said it looks like it has new growth on it already!. So I am very pleased.

The website was easy to negotiate. I found exactly what I was looking for. The plants were shipped and I received in 3 days. I planted following directions. All plants look great after 10 days. There was one rose bush which lost its leaves during transport it is doing great now.

My tree arrived in perfect condition! The trunk was nice with no damage and the leaves were green and the tree was nicely trimmed. I would order from them again in a heartbeat. Their prices and stock were spectacular. The packaging came in a heavy duty box with large staples and band around it to protect it during shipping. This company cares about your tree and plants!

11 days in a box to get here. The tree is barely hanging on. 100$ is a lot to pay for a tree that is in real rough shape

I ordered a fiddle leaf fog tree but the tree was very unhealthy. All the leaves were brown and some of them have holes on it. I repot my plant a hopefully i can revive it.

Lilac tree shipped quickly and came in very nice condition. The tree was well packed and came with bamboo support. So far it is doing nicely.

Easy process from start to finish. Palm trees arrived in great shape and really fast. Couldn't ask for a very experience.

One of the trees I ordered was an Autumn Blaze Maple. It arrived quickly and healthy. However, the top had been cut off at 4 foot. I would have not cut the top off. I wanted the tree to grow upward for many years. It was not planted along a road way or parking lot, it was planted in a clearing among many tall oak trees. It was to be a part of my canopy by competing for the sunlight by filling in a place of a large maple tree that had been damage, died and removed. I now have a maple bush starting at 4 feet, no main trunk. Not what I wanted. No amount of pruning will bring back the trunk.
