The trees seemed smaller then I expected. When the package arrived one of the crepe myrtle trees in the box had hardy any potting soil inside it's plastic bucket and most of it was in the bag. This same tree survived the trip to my house, but lost at least 2 inches of growth that wilted, dried up and fell off due to no potting soil in its pot during transit. Overall the trees are growing well, but one of them lost some growth.
I ordered a 7 foot pear tree and Hollywood Hibiscus this year and both are thriving well so far. First of all, packaging and shipping trees is not an easy business to be in, and on top of that any issues can come up in the days following the shipment. This is where the customer service becomes critical. Fast growing trees responded to the reported issues timely and resolved any concerns immediately. The two lavender topiaries arrived severely damaged and will likely die. I can not understand why these were packaged with the two hydrangeas. The hydrangeas were securely staked and protected and the topiaries were staked w a "toothpick". As a result the stems of the topiaries were cracked and bent at a 90 degree angle.

The site and ordering was great, got the trees and got them into to holes I had dug out and ready prior to their arrival. I'm not sure if it's shock but am waiting to see how they do but optimistic they will be fine and come back in full force.

I am greatly appreciative of the condition my plants are packed. Not a lot of people are able to plant as soon as plants arrive. Sometimes one orders cause you may no longer have a particular plant available.
Shopping and shipping were impressive. However, the king crimson came with about 3 leaves on it and they were dried and crispy. The tree is a little rough looking so I'm hoping it's going to make it.
The autumn blaze we bought looked amazing. Full of leaves and life. A bit disappointed in the king crimson.

I spent over $350 on two trees, a weeping cherry tree and a Japanese maple. They delivered both trees in one very narrow box jammed in there, which is absolutely ridiculous. How can you deliver two very expensive trees inside a narrow box. As a result the weeping cherry tree is as damaged. The Japanese maple, which I paid over $120 for was about 12 inches high. A rip off! Never again will I use this company!

The honey suckle bush dirt was completely spilled with all roots exposed and dry. It is struggling since i replanted. The 2 bushes were fine. Another problem they tried to deliver to 630 Centre Street instead of 638 Centre Street so it took many phone calls and an extra day to receive them. In the future I will shop locally.

The holly bushes were nice, but the container didn't look like the gallon that I know. They assured me it was correct, but I expected larger plants. In the future I'll probably go to a local shop so I can see the size.
I bout a lemon, lime and avocado tree. Lemon and lime are fine. Avocado tree came in badly wilted and never recovered. They sent me a new one that I had to pay shipping for, not happy about that and the new one they sent was wilted and burnt. They keep telling me it will recover if I treat it well. Sadly I have been sent 2 bad trees and while I'm trying hard to save this one not sure if I can. Shouldn't be receiving trees like this.
My plum tree has 3 kinds of plums. 2 are grafted on. Looking at grafting locations, all appear to be growing great. All branches have small leaves trying to grow. We planted the tree in 4 days & looks like it will grow into a nice tree. The tree arrived secured in a very sturdy cardboard box.

It did not look like in the picture. The lilac topiary was squeezed that I can't put back to shape, afraid that will break the stems. For the price of the plants was too expensive plus the extra taxes.

Purchased three 4-5 feet plants. Size was much smaller - barely 3 feet. When I contacted the customer service I was informed to take a photo of THE TREE. First of all I purchased THREE Plants and I was told that the plants would be at least 4-5 feet therefore without asking the company for photos or proof of what I will receive, I sent the money. However, to receive replacements I have to sent photos - unacceptable.

We do not ask photos because we do not believe you, but we do need to see what was shipped to you in case we have an issue with all of the trees in our inventory this size. We assure you we'll make it right, but we just need the trees next to a measuring stick so we can take a look at what you have received!

I ordered 3 white raspberry plants. Out of 3 plants 2 are dead. Did not grow at all. 3rd one is hardly have some leaves. Called to replace and they said they don't have it any now to replace. Had to fight for refund. But still have not get it yet

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
