I purchased two small dogwood trees. One died within a few months of planting and meticulous care. For it, I received a store credit, as I bought the warranty coverage.
The second tree also recently died, but because I was a few days outside of the one year warranty, the service rep would not issue any credit for the dead tree.
Had this been purchased from a local tree farm/nursery, they would have absolutely made it right.
I thought I would try this site for the variety of options and convenience, but the quality of their trees are poor and they haven't yet figured out how to safely ship their trees. They will arrive damaged.
Ordered a 7/8 foot Peach tree in late April. It arrived mid May with no leaves or sprouts. All the upper branches were dead. After planting and waiting four weeks I contacted the company. After sending photos and negotiating with them, they agreed to issue an in store credit. The problem is they are now out of Peach trees so I will have to wait until next year.
It seems they have their reviews set up where you can only post a favorable one. I tried several times to post a negative review and it would not accept it. I would not trust their reviews because of this.

One of my zelkovas was damaged by FedEx despite the excellent packaging. I had to call FastGrowingTrees to lodge a complaint against FedEx and told them I thought the tree would survive. They sent a replacement anyway.
I planted yellow and pink knockout trees. They started growing roses just after two weeks and they are already a half foot in height.

I had a question about a tree so I called and had a very nice and helpful associate answer my question. I received my tree when promised and it was well packed and healthy. I was just a little disappointed in the diameter of the tree for the cost, however, I will see if it grows 4 to 6 feet a year as advertised. So far it is doing fine.
Arrived quickly and had easy instructions on install. Miss Kim has been in the ground for a couple of weeks and appears to love it. Thanks you.
Lemon Bush arrived 2 weeks late, was no more than 6 inches tall (at a price of $89.90) was upended in a 4 foot carton with soil spilled and roots bared. When I called the company the agent initially insisted that a photo to document the plant's size was probably not adequate for a replacement unless it showed a ruler next to the original shipping pot: plant was already potted into a new cotainer and photo had been taken 30 miles away the previous day--difficult to to-do.

Ordered 2 cherry trees and an avocado tree, both cherry trees looked measly when they arrived and quickly died even with watering and nurturing care. Not very happy with the first experience but I'll give it one more try

I bought the Meyer lemon tree and sent it to my daughter in law for her birthday, it shipped quickly and when it arrived it was extremely healthy, and she loved it!
The tree sent to me was healthy and mostly in good condition, the pot was missing some soil but it was no issue since it was transplanted right into a new one. It's very tall (over 5 ft), and is a bit lopsided but it's healthy and adjusted well. Overall very pleased with my purchase, as well as with the shipping quality!

The pecan tree was approximately 2 inches too big for the box so it appears someone just snapped it off to fit. The pecan tree did not have a leaf on it. Just one long stick (very disappointing for a tree that cost $149.00). The Stella and Black Tartarian cherry trees had leaves that were very wilted. They were planted immediately and it has been nearly a month and they are not showing much improvement. I ordered a tree from another company as a gift for a friend and the difference was amazing. Her tree came healthy, beautiful and well packed. I would not order from FastGrowingTrees again.

My 4 Taylor Junipers arrived beautiful and healthy. But I didn't expect the free Crape Myrtle. It was a tiny stick with one leaf. I didn't give it much of a chance but I put it in a pot with sunshine and water and within 2 weeks it was covered in leaves and thriving. I'm so excited to see this little guy grow.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
