When the trees arrived they were boxed and the box was bent in half. Subsequently, the trees inside were broken. This was no fault of fast growing trees, except that they should know this to be a problem. I doubt we were the first to have this experience. They replaced them at no extra charge. However, I had to make new plans to take the trees to the cabin

Ordered trees a year ago. I had a couple that didn't make it, took some pics, followed instructions and I was promptly hassle free given a full credit. Placed a new order with my credit new trees arrived (different type)... I think these one are going to do much better.

We ordered a number of plants and trees as they had a selection we couldn't find locally. Unfortunately, almost all of them arrived shriveled up, brown and some actually dead. Customer service told us they couldn't help if the root ball was in good shape. Some were ok others weren't. I would have never purchased plants that looked like this at full price. Plants in this condition are usually sold for $5 on the clearance rack.
Fast growing trees shouldn't ship much past the Mississippi unless they fix their shipping. It took about 7-10 days for our plants to make it out west, and by then, they are near death. I will never purchase here again.

I am so disappointed in the cleveland select pear tree I received. It looked like it was a nice tall tree until it got cut in half before putting it in the shipping box. Tree looked terrible. I complained and was told the trees are all sent that way. The leader on the tree was a thick one and by chopping this tree in half, it has stressed the tree and makes it vulnerable to insect infestation. It looks like the only reason it got chopped was to get it to fit in the box, no other reason. By doing this it will take longer for a new leader to grow and I wanted a whole tree to start with.

The rose tree I received was small and unhealthy. The leaves were yellow and wilty. I am concerned that the plant will survive. Way overpriced for the condition and size. This is the first and last purchase from Fast Growing Trees.

I have ordered from Fast Growning Trees before and was very pleased. We moved and so I ordered the Chinese Fringe Tree I had ordered in the past. The tree this time is definitely not as good as the other one I had gotten. It is much smaller and not many branches or leaves. I hope it will get better soon.
The leaves on my Avocado tree turned brown within a week an most of them fell off.
I was told to replant in a large pot (which I did within 2 weeks) and changed the soil
Support told me to call back in a few weeks to see if I get any new leaves.
So far, no new leaves. I guess I will be calling back

My call was handled with the best customer service I've had in quite a long time - very professional, polite and friendly. The products all arrived to their destinations in tip top shape and everyone was very pleased. HIGHLY recommend.
My first four shrubs arrived beautifully, the remaining 20 were lost, then 10 showed up dry and some out of their containers
I called and a replacement shipment for the lost ten was placed and I was told I would receive 12 to off set my inconvenience, but only 10 arrived in dry cracked pots.

I purchased 2 sedum tiles. When received, one tile was placed on top of the other in the same box. This caused damage to the bottom layer of sedumā¦just hoping the survive. Maybe should have been shipped in two separate boxes.

My trees arrived well packaged and delicately placed so as not to move inside the box. They took right away and are thriving so far. Wish that they had a few more leaves but they are newly planted.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
