Ordered a 7/8 foot Peach tree in late April. It arrived mid May with no leaves or sprouts. All the upper branches were dead. After planting and waiting four weeks I contacted the company. After sending photos and negotiating with them, they agreed to issue an in store credit. The problem is they are now out of Peach trees so I will have to wait until next year.
It seems they have their reviews set up where you can only post a favorable one. I tried several times to post a negative review and it would not accept it. I would not trust their reviews because of this.

Communicated thru email. Some problem with English usage in their communications. It took several contacts with photos before they would issue an in store credit. There was typically a several days wait before I received a response to my contacts so the process took a while.

The only place I could find a 7/8 foot tree.

When shopping for American made furniture, the website provides furniture mostly made in China. Good thing we checked before ordering.

This site will not release any contact information of the guests until all the payments are complete.
As a remote owner with rental properties in Costa Rica, this makes it difficult to prearrange transportation, tours, and activities with the guests.
All other sites, VRBO, Airbnb, etc. release the information when the booking is made and half payment is received by them.
Another annoying negative is that this is the most difficult site to get thru to on the phone.
Overall Tripadvisor/Flipkey is the worst vacation rrental site for owners. They push their "free" listings but owners pay in not being able to provide the best service for their guests.

Since 2014 I have hosted three vacation rental properties, two of which were in Costa Rica. Airbnb was one of the rental sites I used. During this time as their status grew, they became more totalitarian. They now cancel reservations on a whim with no thought given to how this affects the hosts. They assume total power over reservations and you cannot predict what they may do.
The CEO, Brian Chesney, assumes godlike power over hosts and guests. His actions have become steadily more outside the boundaries of good business.
My advice is to avoid doing business thru Airbnb. They will turn on you if it suits them. Hopefully a class action lawsuit will arise from their actions.

Since being taken over by Expedia, VRBO has become a much more negative experience for both owners and guests. After charging up to 10% per rental in addition to yearly fees when they took over, Expedia has ruined what was a good company by degrading both the customer service and the security of booking online. As a property owner, I now constantly have to guard against online scammers who access my VRBO inbox and try to get guests to divert funds to them. Despite changing my security settings several times, this is an ongoing problem. VRBO offers no solution other than to change the settings. Owner and guests need to beware.
