Very fast delivery packing perfect very happy but one of my trees not doing to good
I ordered two trees for my wife's birthday. It took 19 days for them to get to my house. They look like they're in good condition. It's a bit soon to tell how healthy they are. I just wish they had arrived sooner.
Have ordered twice now, in quick succession, and am already building a 3rd cart. Only one of the many plants I received looked like it was struggling, and even that one looks like it's going to bounce back after planting, which speaks to the extreme health of the plants this company nurtures before shipping. Items are packed meticulously and arrive quickly. Customer service response was prompt when I had a shipping question. Plants are in the ground less than a week, in some cases, and are already producing new growth and appear happy in their new homes. Have already recommended to friends and family and am on wait lists for some out of stock items for next season!

Had a little issue with the delivery... Fedex emailed me that the trees were delivered, but nothing was delivered
Had to call few times to Fast Growing Tree Co and after few days they reshipped the missing tree
Then Fedex somehow found the first shipment and delivered with damaged boxes and trees
Two days later received 2nd shipment... reported to Fast Growing but no response back... so I have two sets of trees
I bought fruit trees from few different vendors and Fast growing co had the best tree condition and boxing (other vendors shipped bare root with heavy pruning, not sure if they will live at all)
I will purchase again from the FGT co

Not happy with how the tree arrived, I called and they said to give it a few days. Safe to say I felt that I got scammed. The plants don't look healthy, they look dry and bitter.
Had problems with the 1st order. It took 2 weeks to receive my order the plants were dead, but the replacement got to me in 2 days after I talked to one of your representative.
The fig tree arrived in perfect condition. It arrived on time and will make a great addition to my
Daughter's yard.
The plants came bone dry, 1/2 out of their pots, banged up, some damage. So not thrilled for the price we paid. They have been planted in good soil, fed, watered and seem to be doing much better.
The two Thunder Clouds trees had been pruned before they came here. They seem to be doing well. So far so good.
Sickly, diseased, and damaged beyond belief mango trees! And it was the replacement order because the first mango trees were also in bad shape. The replacements were even worse! I was given a refund though which is exactly what should have happened anyway. I think whoever is working in the nursery should be fired..

The fig tree I ordered was shipped and it arrived just as I was told it would it would be packaged. It was healthy, and nothing was broken. Just needed some water and and sunshine, then it perked up! Just beautiful!
I made a big mistake, and thought the tree they sent me was dead. They sent me another one and before it got here the first one started to leaf out. They were very gracious about it. I can't say enough about how great they are.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
