Ordering and shipping were perfect. 2 of the three trees I ordered were not in good shape. I was surprised as last time I ordered they were all much better.

The shipping order process needs change. I placed an order, received confirmation. But an address confirmation went to spam as did all subsequent notices and order was canceled. I discovered when I called to track my order. I placed the order with YOUR representative and I STILL had to call again to confirm my address. I had to call AGAIN when I placed a second order to confirm the same address again. Make it EASY to be a customer.

I was very excited to order this tree. When it came in it is very small and scraggly looking. It looks like most of the branches were cut off and trimmed back to nothing. Its growing but looks very sad. Hoping it improves as we planned it to be the center piece of our landscaping.

I received healthy plants and they are thriving. Excited to see them grow.

We ordered a tree that was shipped sooner that estimated which was nice. They gave updates as the timeframe changed so it was not a surprise that we could not prepare for. The tree was in good shape when it arrived, and is doing well now in our yard.

Don't look like my tree is going to make it. Leaves have turned brown and falling off. Planted the day it came the way it said to plant it. Not happy.

Easy site navigation, these little trees have been popular so it was nice to see them in stock and at a reasonable price.

Excellent service, quick delivery, ordered 20 1gal trees and they came in two boxes all nice and neat, quickly unpacked and planted. Trees are growing well and i am very pleased as my local nursery wanted stupid money for the same trees. Got all 20 trees for what they wanted to charge for 5. So kudos to Fast Growing Trees! Thanks I will be back!

I bought an avocado tree and had it shipped to my daughter and son in law for their birthdays. I live in Indiana and they live in Florida. Within a couple of days, the tree was shipped. It arrived in perfect condition. They were excited and thrilled to have!

Tree arrived in about 3 days. It was lovely and appeared healthy out of the box. We planted it immediately and so far it looks happy. Looking forward to seeing it grow and eventually producing those pretty flowers.

Trees came damaged. With broken branches and leafs missing or with holes. Response from the company was worse then the product.

Was fast and easy. So far satisfied with the product. Wish I would have gotten the tree instead of the bush

This was my first experience ordering trees. They came carefully packaged and in beautiful condition. Extremely satisfied with all the plants and my trees.

Received the trees within a few days and they were bigger than stated online, which made me very happy!

When I received my order, I was missing 1 out of 3 trees. There was no call/text, email or note stating they recognized my order was incompete. When I called they made a note on my account, but after a couple weeks my order still has not been fulfilled.

Tree arrived without leaves, was promptly planted and died within two weeks.
