The company has garnered a generally positive reputation, with many customers praising the quality of their trees and the reliability of their shipping. Customers appreciate the careful packaging and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction, often highlighting responsive customer service and effective handling of replacements. However, there are notable concerns regarding service delays, particularly during peak seasons, and issues with product condition upon arrival. The delivery was fine. Plant looked good. It has been planted for a few weeks and hasn't produced any new leaves. It might be the transplant shock. I need to give it more time to know. Thanks.
We are confused that the watering tubes only water for 5-8 hours at a time. We thought that they would be a much slower release process, for easier water management. Filling them every 2-3 days is not an easy job.
I was told to wait 3 or 4 weeks for the plants to look healthy again. Totally unacceptable
We're so sorry to hear how your plants arrived! Shipping stress can cause plants to drop leaves and wilt but almost always make a full recovery! Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Just check back in with us if for some reason it begins to decline and we'll ship a new one!
I ordered 6 trees from them, and all did not thrive in spite of best efforts. It took too long to transport the trees, and that might have contributed to their failure to thrive. I inspected one of the tree base without the soil, and I noticed that there were NOT enough roots to enable the tree to thrive; I suspect that it might have been typical for all of the trees I bought. GENERALLY, I think it's a good idea to mail order any tree. The best recourse is to order it through a local nursery in March or April and by it through them. In that way you see what you're actually paying for, in contrast to a seeing a "twig" from a box.
We're sorry to hear that some of your plants didn't do well! We're reaching out privately to get some photos so we can get a better understanding of what may be going on!
My plants arrived delayed and when I took them out of the boxes they appear to be dead.

The plants were nice size and looked like they were good when shipped. The packaging was very poor and due to the weight one had the roots completely ripped off the plant and it died. The other one seems to be doing ok.

Great plants, so nice to be able to find plants that are not available in my area.
I had an apple tree and raspberry bush break in transport as they carriers didn't handle the boxes carefully. Fast growing trees promptly sent the replacements and they are perfect. They had quick responses and amazing customer service. I will be purchasing from them again.
I have had bad experiences before but this was the worst. Dead or weak plants and trees at delivery, poor customer service, and a warranty that does not work unless you really complain and in the end cost you more than if you bought the items from a local nursery. I was so disappointed that I gave away me credit to someone else because I did not want to waste more time and money getting new items. Would never use them again.
We are so sorry to hear about your experience. Our 1 year warranty covers a store credit for the cost of the plant so it can be replaced. If you have any issues with your plants when they arrive, please let us know right away so we can cover it if it does not recover. Because there are so many environmental factors that can depend on the livelihood of the plants, we aren't able to issue a refund when activating a warranty.
Not worth the money paid. Very misleading advertising.
We are so sorry that your tree wasn't what you had expected! It looks like we were able to help make it right!
I bought a $#*! willow and within the first two weeks the leaves have all died off, i scratched the trunk and its turning brown not green
We're so sorry that your tree didn't make it! We have a replacement shipping!
The two trees each arrived with broken limbs and dead leaves. First time buying blueberry trees. I probably ordered too late in the season. I am happy to have them in the ground. Hope they will be successful.
I received the tree in very good shape. It was a little smashed on one side but is doing well since planted.
Plant was perfect, very healthy and two grapes are there. Lol
Quick delivery, healthy trees. I'm pleased to say that after just a month, our trees have put on leaves and are growing!
I purposefully asked for delivery date when I would be home (weekdays), yet my tree arrived on a weekend when I was out of town. I understand shipping can vary, but would've expected they'd account for that risk and ship a day or two earlier just in case. Tree appears to have survived after sitting on my hot porch in a box all weekend, but was a key mistake on their part when I overtly told them of my set times for delivery.
We're very sorry! Unfortunately we do not have any control over the carrier and when they deliver. You can go to their site and request a specific date/time for drop off!
I can't believe I spent over $100 on these tiny trees. I found something 5 times the size of these at our local nursery a week after I bought these. Lesson learned.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
