I received four of the five plants I ordered. I was told the last one was shipped so either it's dead in some shipping center or someone else has my plant.

Quickly & efficiently replaced 4 plants that did not overwinter. New plants arrived in great shape. Watered in before the heat started, and everything looks great.

The plant has yes spots on it. I thought it would be a shiny green like my other philladendran plant

My sugar apple tree came within a week and right after an event of California experienced a heat wave of 100 degree! When I opened the package one third of my leaves shedding! So worried, but my small tree is striving now after a week with new leaves coming out and looks healthier!

I ordered 6 hollies - 4 female winterberries and 2 male southern gentlemen. The males arrived in less than great condition with a lot of brown spots. I contacted support immediately to let them know what was going on. The males continued to decline after a few weeks so I contacted support again. They sent 2 free replacements. Customer service was great. The females were in great condition and are thriving. I'm still waiting for the 2 new males to arrive, but overall I'm pleased with my experience and will order again from them.

Live plants to my door in a few days. Awesome since I couldn't get virus at my local nursery!

Ficus, Swiss cheese plant and fiddle leaf. First fiddle leaf looked bad. Company sent me another one right away. I am happy with all my plants.

When I foolishly ordered live plants to be shipped during a hot Texas summer, it's no surprise that one of the four plants didn't do well in the heat of shipping. What was a surprise was the amazing customer service I received when I called to request advice about how to nurse the sickly plant back to health! The customer service agent was helpful and kind, and immediately shipped a replacement plant. The new plant was huge and full and arrived in fantastic shape. I am happy with my choice of plants - of not necessarily my timing - but I am even happier with my choice of nurseries! Would highly recommend.

Ordered a owari satsuma mandarin plant came in a great shape, but overall health was pretty sad. 80% of the leaves were bug rottwn and eaten by bugs, grafting wasnt as great as it could have been. If done a bit more professionally. Later found out the prices for this nursery are also very high compared to other nurseries, that offer premium more mature much much taller tress for almoat 25-30 dollars less. Called customer service for an exchange but just got excuses in return, most likely will not shop from here again. Couldnt even get a exchange on the crappy plant even after their one year warranty for also which i paid an extra 8.

Trees arrived in great shape and following instructions, they are thriving.

I ordered apple trees, cherry trees, and 2 lemon bushes. All arrived in fantastic condition, were lush and beautiful, and still look great weeks after planting.

This is my first time purchasing from you & well I have to say I LOVE my tree. It is growing beautifully.

The double blooming gardenia tree is having trouble adapting. I called customer service and the lady was very helpful. We'll see what happens.

The tree's are always small and not very healthy and if you ever try to get a tree replaced good luck. They only want to give you penny's on the dollar and want you to order more from them

I ordered 2 apple trees for my grandson. The trees were broken when they arrived. I called and two more were sent. Broken when they arrived. The packaging was not sufficient to support the trees. The delivery people brought them to our house holding the box in the middle. Thus broken trees! I have not gotten confirmation yet that the cost of the trees was put back on my credit card. Very disappointed.

They were smiling at me when I opened their box, and they have me smiling after I got them in the ground. They haven't tried to die off at all. Thank you FGT!
