My 900.00 dollars worth of trees arrived Looking pretty good. Had pre dug holes, bought everything to give them the start they needed, per site suggestions. One day after planting saw webbing, leaves drying out quickly. Didn't know what it was, bought 3000k ladybugs to no affect, sprayed natural bug spray water, drop of dish soap 3 tablespoon vinegar, no help. Daily rinsing leaves with water, began seeing webbing on surrounding plants. Finally forced to use harmful spray, we have created a living sanctuary for over 40 types of birds, different butterflies, we grow our food with our flowers and trees so even though these trees were down from the garden it has damaged ALL of or vegitation. We are sending pics to fast growing trees, but they didn't put our review up which is a sign they are disingenuous, and they don't really seem to care. They sent an email that says send pics and may we can help, really? Maybe? Of we lose food, birds and now have a forget battle if them they are in for a battle. This isn't Acceptable in any way, we never had ANY bugs of any kind, we have frogs and toads, and chickens as well that All help the natural ways.
One completely dead within days, pink weeping cherry 4-5 ft
The second tree in the original order was a pink dogwood 4-5 ft and you could scratch the bark, and there was no green underneath on more than half the tree. The rest of the branches had very few leaves and a lot of broken branches. Today there are 6 green leaves left. I can't see the tree making it another few weeks.
We didn't buy the warranty when purchased, so we paid a 25% premium plus the warranty price.
They honored the warranty for both right away, but there were no pink dogwoods until September, so I said I would wait.
One replacement of the pink weeping cherry had to be one size larger and we paid the difference for a 5-6 ft. When it arived there were half as many branches as the first one, and half of those were completely broken the rest were all hole eaten
Second replacement sent a larger pink weeping cherry tree 6-7 ft., this looked even worse then the two previous ones. It had branches completely broken off and a lot of leaves laying in the box. This tree might make it, I will hold judgment until next spring 50/50.
We did have another separate order originally for a white dogwood which arived in very good shape and is still in very good shape
There costumer service is great, very pleasant and very efficient. Also they handled everything in the process very quickly. I don't know if it is the time of year, or the warehouse picking and packing but the products i would not say are the greatest when they arrived.
2 of the 4 trees I received will probably die. The leaves were like potato chips on arrival to me. Not pleased.

Could have gotten a more establish tree somewhere else with a much lower price. The tree arrived with a few leaves on it and eventually, it died. Unfortunately, I do not have a 1- year warranty.

Arrived in Pullman on a Friday but no tdelivered until Monday in very hot weather. 95% of leaves were dead. I am watering it and hoping for the best. At the moment it is just a stick in the ground.

I was very excited to get a 4-5 ft young tree! I did not expect to receive a thin twig! It is approximately 4 ft tall, but extremely thin with only a couple leaves at the very top :( I am going to plant this stick and see what happens, but I doubt I will order from this company again

We've purchased 7 plants from FastGrowingTrees this year and they've all been amazing. Not one of them has died, they're all thriving, and they all look aesthetically pleasing already. Super pleased with their selection, their shipping, their customer service (they forgot one tree, but were very quickly to send it when alerted), and the quality of their trees and shrubs.
I've been looking for a mulberry tree for years. I was excited to find one. I was a little nervous about ordering online and shipping a live tree. When it arrived, the box was a little beat up…but the tree was protected by an inside container. The tree was perfect. The soil was still nice and moist.
When I ordered the tree website said it would be shipped in a day or two. My credit card was charged the full amount immediately. When I did not receive the tree after a week I called. I was told the tree is backordered and I might receive it later in July. No email - no communication whatsoever.

I ordered two gallon sized plants for over $100. The so-called "gallon" sized plants arrived with tiny root bases in 4" diameter pots. When I reached out to complain about an error, I was sold a bill of goods about gallon plants ranging anywhere from 4" to 8" pots -- which is a demonstrably false statement as a matter of law. I was told I could return the plants and PAY for shipping (which was very expensive) AND a restocking fee. I eventually filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO STAY IN BUSINESS.
We apologize that your order was not satisfactory! Nursery size gallons are not the same as a metric gallon, we are so sorry for any confusion but glad we could make it right!
Everything was good, until I got the trees. I was very disappointed how small they were for the price. They were pretty though until I planted them, then all the leaves fell off and have not come back after a couple of weeks. I am afraid they are going to die. They look like a stick in the ground instead of a tree. If I see improvement in the growth and the health I will feel better. I know the tree I have had them before. I love them. Just wish the tree was bigger I think it would be further along by now.

Tree arrived later than expected, due to shipping delays. Leaves that remained on the tree were wilted. Shipping box was full of leaves that had fallen off the tree. Notified seller and was told to wait. 3 weeks and no new growth.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
