I have complained but no one helps me
At this point I'm pissed

Two of the six container hostas had their crowns smashed by the others. The same day I emailed FastGrowingTrees, they not only replaced the two, but added on the other four in the order. In a matter of three days, my replacements were here.

I have ordered twice in rapid succession. The plants were in excellent condition and the packaging for transit was superior. And, the delivery time was VERY speedy. A great experience all around and we will be repeat client for sure.

One tree started to brown within 3 days after planting it.

My experience was not good. Three of the plants were broken and just got disgusted with the whole procedure. I tried calling with no luck. I will not use FastGrowing Trees again.

Both trees arrived quickly and in perfect shape! Very satisfied!

My trees arrived and they were small spindles with leaves barley alive.

Shipping was very fast, I ordered the tree on Sunday and it was delivered two days later.

I was expecting a bit more bushy though the plant was in one single 10-12 inch healthy branch with roots.

Ordered 2palms arrived in 4-5 days in a box neatly wrapped got em in the ground and are doing great!

Well packed, well delivered and healthy plants that came so fast I couldn't believe it!

My two pear trees arrived within days of order and in great condition! Excellent packing method and trees were in really good shape with the root ball still damp. Planted same day and trees are doing well!

So far so good... nothing out of the ordinary. All arrived boxed neatly with no issues.

Overpriced for the size of the plants. Took way too long to get them and when I did they were dry and dead

One tree arrived and is doing good. One arrived half dead and did die - I communicated this to you and you told me it was delivery shock and it would be better. It is now dead.

They Meyer lemon tree is much smaller than I was expecting and more expensive than other places for the size. If I had realized that I probably would have waited for one at a local nursery to come back in stock. The plant is heathy and fine otherwise.

Purchased 2 trees, both in the 3-4' size; I also purchased the insurance. They arrived within a week and nicely packaged, but the Meyer lemon had snapped about 9" from the top. I took photos of the damage as air unpacked it and sent them along. Customer service sent along a replacement tree, which I received less than a week later.
I live in CT and all the trees are outside on my sunny back deck and showing new growth. I am hoping they will be happy inside for 5 months of the year.

I was pleasantly pleased with how fast the tree arrived and how it was packaged with the root ball in soil, however, the one item that needs addressing is how much room the tree has to move around in the box and the box not having enough ragidity to its core structure to break from any damage to the limbs. The tree was on the small side and two of the branches were freshly broken in route or during the boxing. One of the limbs could not be saved but the second (fairly large branch) is currently being wrapped to try and save it, as it is still holding onto its green leaves.
Again, very positive and will order again through FastGrowingTrees.com just remember fed-ex is not gentle with their handling of packages, even if it states FRAGILE.

I had to call them to ask questions and they were very welcoming in providing answers. I even ordered over the phone, sight unseen and was very happy in the way they packaged it and in the quality of the tree. Thank you

We had mistakenly ordered Heavenly Bamboo, not knowing it was poisonous to birds. I called and spoke to a representative and was pleased that they gave me a credit so we were able to buy a new tree.
