My initial order was delayed due to FedEx. After receiving the Karl Foeresters they were in bad shape. I planted them anyway with hopes of bounce back. I also reported it and sent pics to make sure I cared for them properly. Unbeknownst to me FGT sent me 2 more and they arrived looking gorgeous! I called to confirm no error and was told they were sent in honor of customer satisfaction. I'm impressed! Thank you so much FGT!
I ordered two plants and only one was delivered. That plant I ordered would not have been delivered if I had not followed up. The seconde plant I received hardly had any soil and was dry. The plant was only 1 and a half inches tall and all shriveled up. I hope it survives. I was totally disappointed with the second plant.

I ordered two red Baron peach trees, one died within 2 to 3 days, the other one lasted approximately one month.
My trees did not arrive in good condition. Some of the plant was brown and broken and they had millipedes. I also ordered pots because I thought they would already be in the pots but they weren't and they had bags of dirt with millipedes. I bought much nicer pots and potting soil at Home Depot and I saw the same plants for less in better condition at Home Depot. I sent an email and I tried to send pictures but I got two messages saying it was not the correct email address so I decided to give up and accept it as a learning experience. I repotted the plants and hoping for a good outcome.

When my tree arrived it had very sad leaves. I saw much larger trees for a lot less at Lowe's. When I contacted customer service they recommended I wait a couple of weeks as they are a fast growing tree and they would adjust my account at that time. I didn't expect to pay that much for a tree that I will need to wait to enjoy. The olive tree I ordered at the same time was ok.

The shipping of my 10 pack of privacy Thuja green giant little trees didn't look so good when they showed up. They probably would've done better if there hadn't been a huge heat wave. The arrived 5 days later than the date they were expected, so their confinement in the box left them pretty unhappy. Right now only one is still green and alive looking. I have the others in their pots in a protected area and will see if they come back to life. The other 2 5 ft Heritage Birch were fine.

Looked for a 1 gal size Blue Berry Bush. Wanted something that would be no more than 2 feet tall, like a bush. Ordered a 2 gal that was to be a short bush, but it was 3 foot tall when I planted it.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
