Delivered plant was in serious shock status and all leaves dried out completely. The worst part is that rootball is completely detached from the soil/potting-mix which makes it a bare-root instead of potted plant. In addition, the rootball was said being trimmed before shipping and is as small as 5 inches in diameter for a 4-foot tree. It is not difficult to imagine the outcome from hush shipping process.

Contacted vendor and customer service repeatedly told me to keep watching for life sign for another two weeks. Per my 15-years of gardening experience, this plant is not capable to come back given the observation above, but let's see what customer service would say in two weeks.

Out of the four I ordered, one died, one doesn't grow and the other two have grown slightly. Everything I have purchased from local nurseries have grown and done amazing.

The shipping arrived quickly and was pretty straight forward. The trees were placed into one long box and both arrived damaged.

My first shipment got lost in shipping and when it showed up it was in bad shape. I called 12 days after it had shipped and they promptly sent out a replacement. It's been 10 days now and I still have not received my plants. Tracking does not show when they will arrive but I would guess still another 2-4 days. I really wanted to order more products from them for backyard orchard we are planning, but I just don't want to keep having problems with shipping and receiving plants that are severely stressed, leaves all dried and crumbling off and question if they are going to be viable.

It arrived in extremely poor condition with yellow leave and shedding foliage

The details for each trees were very descriptive, the care information is very helpful, and the trees arrived as expected. There was a broken branch on my calamondin tree, but otherwise the trees were carefully wrapped and boxed. All of the trees are growing with new buds and I can't wait until next season for my citrus fruits.

I was digging planting holes when plants arrived. Was able to immediately plant 10 arborvitae within 1-1/2 hours. Plants were packed well and in excellent shape, barring one or two small twigs of brown. I've followed all planting and watering instruction and they all appear to be doing well. I am ardently hoping the fast growth promised will help me establish a privacy statement within a couple of years. Will definitely shop at FastGrowing Trees again.

My mom is an experienced gardener. Her retired life is spent mothering her plants that span the inside of her home, her outside beds and her produce garden. Unfortunately, of the two products I purchased for her as a gift, one arrived in sad shape and died within 3 days of planting into the ground.

Petals were all over the box, for the price it was disappointing

So my trees were received several days after they were supposed to have been sent out. When they came in they were badly damaged and in fact one never even made it to me. Without hesitation a new shipment was sent and came much quicker. The trees were in awesome shape and were pruned nicely and just a great size. Great service and great trees. I have been super impressed.

Ordered an Olive Tree and it was here in 2 days and in great shape. I ordered a lot from here and have always been happy.

I have ordered two tropical fruit trees so far. Although skeptical at first because I had never purchased any sort of plant or tree from an online vendor, but upon opening the boxes I was amazed to see such beautiful and healthy green foliage. My ruby guava came at least a foot taller than I expected. My mother couldn't believe I ordered these online and we're both amused at the fact they were in transit in a compact box for 9 days! I've since then repotted them in large wooden planters and I can't wait to watch them grow.

Two trees came quickly and seem happy and healthy.

All of my trees and plants were obviously treated roughly. All of them were dislodged from soil, leaves were dark and broken. We planted immediately and are now showing signs of coming out of shock.

Plants arrived quickly and were healthy and large. I was impressed.

Both my hydrangeas were delivered almost dead. Dont think they will survive am not ordering from here again
