The shrubs came in amazing shape. I was nervous to buy them through the mail but I couldn't find any locally. I was so impressed when I opened all of the boxes and found the plants so healthy and happy looking.

There was nothing in the shipment to indicate the status of the plant that was not shipped, nor did FGT contact me or send anything noting the status of the unshipped plant ever.
After a week, I used FGT's website contact option and sent a request for information, but FGT sent nothing for ~4-5 days, so I called them. The folks answering the phone said they have no access to information about my plant's availability and they had to contact their supervisor. After a wait, they said it would not be delivered until at least August. Are you kidding? Why did they not disclose this? I asked for a substitute plant, but that was also against their policy. So, I had them refund their phantom tree. They did not offer to do anything else after my > $1000 order and this issue, so I asked if they could send me a $10 coupon to use to buy a replacement plant from them. They could not/would not do this either, so I wished them goodbye forever.
I bought the same plant from a competitor for $10 less just 30m later and it arriving today. I would never do business with FGT again. If you don't enjoy being hassled, you might not want to get involved with them either.

We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. We do sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience!
Unfortunately I had a fairly bad experience.
I ordered a Wonderful Pomegranate plant 2 years ago. The plant arrived quickly and in good shape. But after growing it for two years, it finally flowered this year, and instantly became obvious that the plant was not a Wonderful pomegranate as i had ordered and paid for, but some other variety.
I tried emailing two people about the issue. Neither email was ever returned.
I finally got someone on the phone. After a half hour and sending photos, they agreed to send me a new plant.
The new plant arrived. It was very small and the main stalk had been clipped off. If i saw this plant at a nursery, i would never consider buying it.
Ultimately i found another nursery to buy a replacement.
Gave 2 stars because at least they agreed to do something and didn't totally ignore me. But overall this purchase turned into 2 wasted years of my time.

The trees looked tall and thin when they arrived but within just two days they were sprouting new vigorous leaves. Each day there are more beginnings.

Most of the soil that the plant came with ended up on the floor of my office when it was delivered. The corn palms "? Branches?" were broken. This had nothing to do with fast growing trees, and everything to do with handling by shipping company.
The shipping speed was fast. The plants arrived in undamaged packaging. They were live and well with no bruises. A little squished from the box but once you unpack them and let them settle, they settle into natural form.

I purchased a tree earlier this year and it never did break dormancy. I contacted Fast Growing Trees and they gave me some tips and things to watch. They advised me to wait 30 days to give the tree some time to put on leaves. When it did not and it was starting to dry up and get brittle I contacted them again and was taken care of. They replaced the tree and it is doing very well.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
